The Q & Brew at Silver Spur Resort

What a wonderful surprise! Excellent BBQ and craft brews. Sides were delicious too. Walking distance from the RV resort, but worth a drive. Service was excellent.

Pulled pork, cold slaw, Mac and cheese, and fries. Who would be disappointed with that order? I certainly wasn't! The pork was juicy and the bbq that paired with it was addicting! If you are passing through, swing by and grab a sandwich and relax as you soak in the East Texas scenery.

Great spot! Easy access off the hwy. My mom and I split the 2 meat entree and still had to take food home. Loved the skillet cornbread! The meat was moist and the okra crunchy without totally killing the veg inside, like some do. Will definitely stop again and would recommend it!

Whiskey River craft beer. Took 8 months to brew and the taste was so worth the time!!! Absolutely outstanding taste. We described it as a mullet of craft beers: party in the front, as it has an awesome initial taste in the mouth and then business in the back, with a mellow leftover taste.
Orders: 1. 3 meat of brisket slice, the new habanero garlic sausage and chicken with beans and mac, 2. 3 meat with chop brisket, ribs and garlic sausage with fried okra and coleslaw, 3. Brisket sandwich with parm fries 4. Another shared chopped brisket with parm fries. Also ordered the jalapeno poppers (forget what they call them). BBQ bacon wrapped, brisket stuffed jalapenos. I actually prefer their old syle ones. The BBQ sauce made it too sweet. The brisket was good but the jalapeno wasnt spicy, so this dish fell flat for me. Chips and salsa, delicious. Could spoon eat that salsa!!! Chips are crispy and they give you plenty of them. We had a party of 6, so it was plenty.
Service: we didnt catch names, so can just describe them: the main waitress we had was the shorter dark haired lady- issues here started from the beginning unfortunately: when serving us, she handed everything down for us to hand to each other. Then when serving the flight of beer to one of us, her zipper from the handheld fell into one of the beers. Our person moved it out of the way as she was handing drinks to others to pass down. This is clearly bad service . The other two waitresses: a blonde and another taller dark haired woman both kept us in drinks and didn’t seem to mind that they were not our initial waitress. Didnt catch your names, but thank you BOTH.
We did have a DD, as we drank quite a bit of that whiskey river. Unfortunately they didnt have growlers and were not allowed to growler out the whiskey river beer due to its high alcohol content. They made a winner of a beer with this thing and hope they take the time to make another batch!!
Ok food: ive never tried fried okra, so it being my first time, it was very good flavor. The coleslaw needs quite a bit more salt or a splash of vinegar. The parm fries are great . Mac and cheese was just right and not to creamy/soupy. Awesome recipe on those for sure. Sliced brisket was flavorful, chicken was juicy and the new habanero garlic sausage was amazing!!! That is another winner and the reason we all actually decided to come here tonight.
This place is just a skip off of I20 and is at the entrance of an RV resort. Been coming here a few years. The remodel is awesome, the beers are ice cold, the Q is great. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite, a beer or two or the almost 3 hours we spent here for a weekly dinner our posse goes on.

We were really hungry after a full day at First Monday. This was the perfect place to have dinner! The waitstaff was great, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was fun. I got the grilled chicken with mac and cheese and fries, all was really good. The kettle chips were really good too. Great flavors!!!

We had dinner here Saturday night during a Trade Day’s weekend. The staff were so nice, and attentive. We got seated within 20 min, and our orders came out within 15 minutes, or at least it seemed really fast.

Our food was delicious, and the beer flight was fun, and reasonably priced. We definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommended! We were just passing through the area and we're not disappointed. We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeños first- amazing! Just yum! We also ordered a pulled pork sandwich, a burger, kids mac and cheese, and a platter of different options. Everything was phenomenal! I wish we had a restaurant back in our home town, we will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning when we are in the area again. Staff was very friendly and was attentive to us as customers. Worth the money paid!

We got the cowboy stuffers and they were absolutely AMAZING, the bacon around it had such a delicious rub on it and was cooked perfectly! I got the brisket quesadilla and it was super good, very big portion and they’re filled to the brim! I will say I think the pico de gallo can use some salt and lime juice as it didn’t have much flavor but the salsa and bbq sauce were good :) My bf got the Texan sandwich and it was also very tasty. The server was super nice and checked in on us frequently. Will definitely be coming back!

I’m not a big beer drinker, but I opted for the flight to check out their options. All of them were good!
To eat I got the Mother Clucker chicken sandwich with Parmesan garlic fries—it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! The honey garlic sauce is a little sweet with just the right amount of kick.
Highly recommend if you’re near Canton!!

Service was great! Spicy jabanero sausage was super tasty as was the Mac and cheese skillet! Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the decorating is fun, family friendly and well thought out. Can't wait to come back and try the steak

I really enjoyed my quick trip to Q & Brew! They were super busy so took a couple minutes to place an order, but once I did beer was out in 30 seconds and food in about 8 minutes. Beer was legit amazing - I had the peach ale and the hefeweizen. I really enjoyed the food, getting the brisket with fried okra and fries. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area. Thanks to Addison and Caleb for fantastic service!

The food is awesome! The service is great and the atmosphere is a relaxed family style one. I'm so glad we stayed at the KOA in Canton and ate here with family!

Relaxing, welcoming, clean and unique atmosphere. Friendly and great service. Excellent food, variety of choices, and good flavors including sauces. Worth a drive. Reasonably priced.

Highly recommended! All of the food was awesome. Very tasty and plenty of it. Their brewed beers were A+. Great staff. Overall just an awesome place. Definately will be back.

Q&Brew’s food is always so good!! Their blacksmith tacos are so yummy! Other family faves: smokin quesadillas, cowgirl tacos, loaded spud, Q&Brew burger, and the Texan. This place is in our regular rotation of restaurants!!

Wonderful experience. The fried Mac and cheese balls were ridiculous. The brisket was tender and juicy. I don't know how there BBQ sauce is because I didn't need any. The beer flight is cheap with some tasty cream ale's. Another important factor is the place wasn't that busy so our food came out real quick. That means they were back there waiting for work.

We celebrated my daughters 20th birthday on a Sunday. We had a huge party of 20+ people and it was short of chaotic! Abigail was our server and she was amazing. We stayed way past their closing time and we never felt rushed.

My family of 6, LOVED this restaurant. We ate here 3 times while staying at the Silver Spur Resort. The staff was friendly and the decor and every little detail that added to the fun ambiance inside the restaurant was above and beyond, including the old fashioned phone and the interactive door in the wall with the automated old man in the outhouse (my kids giggled at his verbal recordings). The food was delicious (I recommend the Blacksmith Brisket Tacos and the Texas Delight dessert!) and the prices were reasonable! They even provide complimentary mini-cornbread muffins in an iron skillet, drizzled with honey and a side of ranch style beans! It was a perk to have an onsite brewery (my husband tried the flight and walked away with a growler), and the root beer was excellent (and I am not a fan of RB). We appreciated the option to order a "family meal" from the restaurant and had it delivered to our cabin (great family meal options and an excellent deal for what you get, we somehow had leftovers with our family of 6). We enjoyed the 1.5 racks of ribs, greens (I wanted my boys to experience some authentic southern cooking), and scrumptious smoked creamy mac 'n cheese-seriously order extra mac, because it is THAT good! I wish we had a Q&Brew in San Diego!

First time with my family and the food was really great! We enjoyed our server, who was friendly and attentive.

Murphy was a Fantastic Waiter extremely friendly. Food was phenomenal. Parmesan Fries are a must. Great Atmosphere Would definitely recommend to all
