Matt Shepard, one of the friendliest people, is literally one of the best operators I've ever seen drive a loader, he is the main component of the operation, along with Mrs.Cindy, and she believe it or not, is one of the kindest people ,just a stickler for tardiness and following the hours of operation to the Tee. They are the glue that holds this place together and
FRONTIER WASTE SOLUTIONS being the multimillion dollar company, should at the least show these two just how much of an asset they are to the Transfer Station! Matt has been a loyal and dependable employee going on 8 years, with having only 1 raise,
And literally works on the Monday, his day off , religiously now for years , he deserves alot more
