Came out and looked at a shower we needed work done on. Gave a great quote but apparently to busy and unorganized. Told multiple times he would be out at the house before 4 called him by 330 just to be told he couldnt make it. I understand things come up but communication is key. Super unprofessional to have people waiting all day if you know you arent going to make it. Be sure to get your estimate on paper! When he came back to the house he said it would be more than our original price. I also understand getting into a project and it being more than expected but they hadnt even started the work before he was changing the price. Told he would be coming back the next day, never showed up, no communication. The worst part is they didnt put up any plastic or anything so the work they did do got tile dust and debris all over the bedroom and all the way out to my kitchen! Seems plenty knowledgeable but make sure to get that quote on writing and expect to be stood up a few times.
