The sales people were not helicopter sales reps, they allowed me to look on my own and then assisted when I did have questions. The rep and I discussed mattress options and I told him what I was looking for. He pointed me to the options that were available then told me to take my time and check them all out so I could make the best decision. Once I made up my mind as to what I wanted to purchase everything went smoothly from payment to delivery! Ivan Smith delivery guys worked quickly but were very careful about their surroundings and my cat! My 1st night of sleep on my new mattress was bliss. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with Ivan Smith. Go see them - you won't be disappointed!

I found the perfect sectional at Ivan Smith after looking for months. The sales lady was exceptional, answering all my questions and going over the warranty with me. The delivery guys were just as amazing. My house is not easy to deliver to, and they were happy to be doing it. Very upbeat and just all around good guys. Would definitely buy from them again!!
