My experience with John Nyugen and MB Greenway was excellent. This location is now my favorite! John’s knowledge of the vehicle I purchased helped me feel comfortable with my decision. My concerns were quickly addressed and it was all done with understanding and respect. Because of this I will always return to John and MB Greenway location.

It's been some time sence I've brought my car to Greenway. I have a new service advisor Ernesto who is great. I plan to bring my car to Greenway for all my service using Ernesto as my Service Advisor.

Why isn’t zero stars available yet? It is 2022. If you are looking for a shady dealership, this is the one for you. Shortly after I received my lease, I told my sales guy that I do not like it and his response was maybe in a year you can trade it to a vehicle you do like. After trying to trade it they only wanted to offered me 35k when the payoff is 50k. I decided to trade my Mazda and when the sales guy who I got the Mercedes from saw me he yelled at the girl for sealing his customer. I never received a bill, but they for sure sent me a late notice 3 months after I had possession of the vehicle. Even though I paid my invoice they hit my credit lowering it 100 points. I put in a complaint about not enjoying the vehicle and heard nothing back. I also contacted them about not receiving a monthly bill and you guessed it. Nothing.

3rd time of calling and being told to hold then wait for a while then it rings again then hangs up

Over priced. Over rated. Waste of time.
