I needed a fitting to replace my propane pigtail, had looked everywhere including online. Came in Fischer’s on a Sunday, got expert help immediately, she figured out the problem and I was out the door with my fix in 20min for $12. Best place, has everything, people are excited at helping. Thanks!!

I received a mailer as a new resident to Baytown, from here on this day by the U.S. postal service for a free Rubbermaid 32 gallon trash can and a 4 pack of Philips 60w LED soft white A19 bulbs with medium bases. Yeah! What store gives away goods anymore? Nobody but here that I know of. Wow, I’m in awe about these acquisitions today. Way to go Fischers! You DO IT BEST!!

I’m a new resident to Baytown since the summer of 78 when I rented an apartment over some landlord’s garage while working at Brown and Root at the Exxon plant for a couple of summer months before my first year in college down in Florida.

This time around I’m a new homeowner here. So my very first local shopping trip was here at Fischers on a Saturday afternoon in August 2022, within a couple of miles on S. Alexander. I’m here for mostly a rolling trash can and knew my instinct was right to stop here first.

The 32 Gal Toter was ideal and is well constructed for local Waste Management pickups. Harris County to tighten their utility budget up is requiring Baytown homeowners to buy their own can and they will supply a green recycling bin that is the standard 96 gallon capacity I believe. Times have changed for sure but I’m glad this hardware store has weathered a few rough cycles to be open today!

It's my neighborhood Handyman Hardware Store.
They are always Helpful and Friendly and the prices are in everyone's budget.
The Best thing is that you don't have to do all that running around.
You get Excellent Help and less than 2 minutes to wait in line to purchase and go.

Forget the big-box home improvement stores. Fischers has an amazing selection and their staff are top notch. At the gigantic stores, the staff actively avoid assisting customers, but this place is the complete opposite - well-trained employees constantly do everything in their power to help. This is my first stop for everything relating to hardware and home projects.

Love the staff. They know what good customer service is all about. Good variety of products. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. Great location. NOT on Garth Road!!

Prices are a little on the high side but they are convenient. Would rather go there then home depot and lowes since I live down the street. They always have someone available to help when you walk in and have alot of things you wouldn't think they would have.

I support small town businesses. Everybody was super friendly and very willing to help. Plus they had what I needed! when I went to the other big hardware stores they are always out of the bolts I need.

Yes, they're higher than anyone else in town but I don't go there for the prices. I go there for RV parts that no one else in town has. I go there for convenience. I go there so I don't have to fight Garth Road for Lowe's or Home Depot.

Cute little store. Its like an axe hardware, but cleaner, less crowded, and more helpful staff. Much more conveniently located than Home Depot or Lowe's.
