Dairy Queen Store

This Dairy Queen provides the best service. They never disappoint! They provide great customer service and great food! Some people that come through that drive-through act like they have to be open after hours just for them 🤣 However, everyone that works there are awesome and work very hard including the managers. I wouldn't change a thing ❤❤❤

This Dairy Queen is really top scale when it comes to the quality of their food. Not once have I ever gotten cold food. It's always been fresh and tasty

Great staff, the food was awesome. I bought the kids steakfinger meal. Best I have had, I worked at a Dairy Queen many years ago, and it reminded me of the meal years ago.

Steak finger basket was so finger lickin’ good just as I remembered from childhood. The blizzard surely satisfied my sweet tooth. Excellent customer service and fast turnaround.

I always order a kids meal because it is the perfect amount of food. Most places don't give a hoot about the quality of a child's meal I guess it's because the parents pick where they eat and pay... HOWEVER the Dairy Queen on the east side of Sherman Texas is an exception! My burger was hot, juicy and made to order, my fries were fresh and the attitude of the staff showed a servents heart! Good Job! I'll be back.

This is my neighborhood dairy queen & I gotta give them a good rating. Not only is the food good but so are the people who own it, along with their workers. Try it out if you're over this way. You'll like it. 👍

Food is made to order. The owner is always here helping. The kids working there are always friendly and helpful. My daughter and I love coming here after I pick her up from school. I love how nostalgic this place is!!

We frequently eat here. They are amazing even the new staff members are super friendly. They are hiring but whoever the hiring manager is they do an exception job finding staff that deliver exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work

Update: young lady taking our order never said a word. The DP was out, so went to counter to ask for some from takeout area. Girl on her phone, ignoring me. Manager? had to yell at her to help me. Ordered taco salads. Not a long wait. Nice amount of meat. BUT the shell was so undercooked, you couldn't even tear a piece off. Told the girl that took our order, under her breath, makes a hmf noise & walks away. She was rude & talked to none of her customers. So, now I'll be going back to the other DQ, which I stopped going to because of a rude employee, who overcharged me, knew it, yet sent me on our way because I was ' bothering her '. Wow! DQ used to always be my fav....

Update: drive thru order was taken by a delightful young lady. Took 7 minutes for my order to be brought to me. Chicken strip and steak finger baskets. Fries were old. DP tasted terrible, made me nauseous. 6 and 8 piece baskets should come with extra gravy, especially since they're only 1/2 full.

This was such a cool old school Dairy Queen! The building was built in the 50's and is in very good shape. it was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the bathroom was very clean. Great job Dairy Queen in South Sherman!👍🏻

Ordered 2 4-pc chicken strip baskets, 1 soft drink, and 1 Blizzard. Excellent service. Friendly service. Very good food. Found candy all the way to the bottom in the Blizzard cup (sooo not true at many DQs). Clean environment. Very busy - obviously well-liked by neighborhood residents.

Can't beat the steak finger basket.

There are just days when nothing but a Dairy Queen dipped cone will satisfy you. Today was such a day. Drive up, fast service, and a smile from the young lady at the window. Life is so much better now
