It's all in the timing. I try to pick the best times of the day to mail a package that I will need customer service at the windows. This has been working for me for years now.

Lived here for 3 years now and haven't had a problem with this location. Don't know why this location has a 2.3 rating.

I love our post office. My job has me send mail every week. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always make me feel welcome. I’ve never once had a bad experience here. Even the day after Memorial Day. The single counter worker kept his composure. He was cracking jokes with the crowd of people. It kept everyone’s mood up and sure made my day.

The post man that helped me today was so helpful with kind words, let's just say I was having a extremely stressful day and just the kindness turned my whole day around.

Letter carriers work hard, long hours, often seven days a week and are so unappreciated. The mail is a complex system, and like any other business, sometimes the unforeseen occurs. The carriers get all the blame when they deserve none! Let’s show some appreciation for these people who sacrifice time with their families, and comfort and relaxation, to provide a public service with little recognition and gratitude from the public they serve.

Package was marked as delivered by online vendor but I hadn’t received it and I happened to bump into the carrier when I went to check again the next business day. He was kind enough to check in his bins and remembered that he had a small envelope without an apartment number that he took back to the office a few days before . I called and they checked and it was my package and the local office was equally as kind and helpful. Our postal workers are awesome for all they do and deserve more thanks!

I have always received excellent service. Often only one person r two is ahead of me & several times no waiting. Even if crowded they bring a supervisor from the back to take care of non $ package pickup & drop-off, etc.
People it's about timing and luck as to how many others are there.
I have shipped or received 2 packages minium a week generally more for 20 years. ALL the shipping companies damage & miss delivery. The USPS has the best track record out of the others, I still receive from all shippers. They have even gotten all contents of packages here that came apart from bad packing (target).
I am willing to pay small amount more of both $ & time for the usally best service avoiding problems with fixing a if problem easy. Often times depending upon size & weight they least expensive.
When you judge others (people & equipment) think about judgment on yours.

Very nice post office. I went in to get something expressed mailed and the clerk Christopher was so nice and helpful. Sherman post office is the first that will actually deliver mail and packages to me instead of getting that annoying pink paper saying I have to come in and get it. This office is awesome 💜

Jerry has always gone out of his way to help me. Very expedient, courteous, very accessible (directly across from Super Wal-Mart) & they're open until 6.
