Cody and his team are some of the hardest working real estate professionals I've ever met. We lived on the other side of the state, and were only able to come to Houston a handful of times to see homes. Not a problem. Cody's showing agent, Chris, must have shown us 30 different houses over the course of two months. Every single time he showed up with a positive attitude; cellphone in hand, he'd give us helpful info about the house and neighborhood as we looked around. Good quality, good value, and very responsive. Yes, even a realtor can have the attributes usually related to other businesses and not necessarily to a realtor.
