Ben & Jerry’s

My son John and I popped into Ben & Jerry’s on Kirby near the Rice Village on the way to an appointment. We had some time to kill and decided to treat ourselves. Boy what a treat! Jaden served and guided us in the right direction. Our choices were sensational! I had the Berry Berry Extraordinary Sorbet (10/10 recommended by Jamie) and it was exceptional! So bright, fresh & light. John had the New York SuperFudge Chunk in a chocolate dipped freshly made waffle cone (Jamie was making them when we came in). I couldn’t resist having a taste. The only way to describe it is as delightfully decadent deep chocolate creaminess. A Chocolate Lover’s dream come true!

In a nutshell: Ben & Jerry’s and Jamie… a 12/10 recommend!

Jaime and Q came to our office for an ice cream social for over 400 employees and they were fantastic! They were lively, friendly and super professional! They even brought music 😀

The Ben & Jerry’s staff was AMAZING. They served over 1500 associates for our Alcon manufacturing site. Everything ran so smooth! The music and games were a huge plus! The service was phenomenal! We will definitely be doing more business with Ben & Jerry’s in the future! Thank you all so much for this wonderful experience!!!!

Incredible experience. In less than 10 minutes, I've experienced the best service in my life. While hearing Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and Gwen Stefani in that order. God bless Daylan!! 🙏🏻

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager Daylan. It was a pleasant, welcoming environment. Clean, with plenty of seats. Prompt service. I recommend this location and will return.

I am had an amazing experience with Jamie! The ice cream was great and she was super friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for catering.

great ice cream with quick and good service. Location was really clean and the employee nataly was very sweet and helpful.

Had a craving for ice cream and decided to visit this place. The staff was helpful in helping me pick a flavor. We ordered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a cone and Hot Fudge Sundae. They were yummy! Prices are also reasonable.

We had New York super fudge chunk and strawberry cheesecake ice creams with waffle cone. One of the best flavours I had ever had.

We had ANOTHER great catering event for our office. From start to finish Ben & Jerry's is top notch. Jamie made sure everything went smoothly and the event was perfect. We will use the again and again.

My company catered with the ice cream truck. Jamie was so great to work with. She had excellent communication and of course the ice cream was the best!

Daylan the manager was soooo kind!!!! He literally made me and my friends feel so welcome. I came in on Wednesday and the flow
he and the two other employees had with one another was soo inspiring. The line was out the door and they literally got us in and out in no time while still taking the time to allow us to explore the different flavors. Watching them work i had to come and leave a review. Definitely would come again. Sooooo clean and organized!!! And the music in the store was such a vibeeeeee

You may past this ice cream shop up driving by but i beg u not to. Nothing hits better than the classic Ben and Jerry’s

I would show the ice cream I just had but I was to busy eating it all, I am vegan and it’s already hard enough to find many or any place that has one or even two opinions for me and Ben and Jerry has three that are good. I got the strawberry marshmallow in a waffle cup and it was amazing, store made waffle cone cup and it was warm and delicious I for sure would recommend coming here,clean they wear gloves and are nice as heck. Come here because baskin and robbing I mean baskin and Robbin’s doesn’t do this and it’s amazing here. Great for a date or just something cool and chill to do and enjoying the day or night.

Drove by and saw their cute little Ben & Jerry’s truck and had to make a quick stop! The staff was so kind and friendly. The establishment was very well kept. They had many flavors and items to chose from in their fridge. They had so many flavors to chose from too for the cones and shakes. I ended up getting a small Oreo dipped cone with Milk & Cookies ice cream. It was about $10 but it comes with 2 scoops. (I only did one scoop and still paid the same price because I knew I wouldn’t finish the 2 scoops) I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to try one of their shakes!

Natalie was great! Never realized the Ben & Jerry’s mission. SUPER clean location with amazingly friendly service. Will definitely be back!

Britney is an awesome employee! She managed to help the long line of customers quickly and friendly single handedly. And was answering the phone also. I hope they take note of a great employee.

I visited the Ben & Jerry's in Time Square, New York. Xavier (manager) and his team were high spirited and ready to serve. The store was clean, well lit, and cozy. I couldn't make up my mind right away, because everything looked delicious! Xavier made some suggestions and allowed me to sample some flavors.

I finally settled on Vanilla Bean, on a chocolate cone . It was fresh, creamy, and yummy! It was so good, I went back the next day and got 2 more scoops!!

This Ben and Jerry’s has good quality ice cream and a lot of great flavors. It also has some great cones with chocolate, sprinkles and nuts. Plus you can top off any ice cream with several topping choices.
