The staff is amazing. Taryn is a dream and adore her. Would shop here just to see her. The selection is good and prices are okay.

I have been going here for years and really love the new location. They have so many great local farmer offerings you will have a hard time finding anywhere else. They also have an herbalist and awesome staff who can help you with any ailment! Just ask! Allergic to gluten? Need nut based milk with no sugar? Food sensitive to nuts? They have anything you could want and the staff is super helpful. On Saturdays they have a great farmer’s market and you can sample coffee while you walk the store. They also have essential oils, dog treats and unique gifts! Love this place!

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff and huge selection of high quality products. They remembered us from several weeks prior and asked relevant questions about our previous purchases to ensure we were satisfied.
Prices are a little steep but that's to be expected for these type of natural/healthy/organic boutique products. Widest selection of supplements and holistic health products I've ever seen in one place.
Staff spend a ton of time with us each time we visit, giving general wellness advice as well as helping us choose from the large selection of products which would otherwise be overwhelming. Haven't had to look any further for our specialty health products and we will be back regularly.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the customer service here. I recently visited this store and had a wonderful experience. The workers greeted me immediately and asked if I needed anything while I was shopping. The shelves are stocked with an incredible variety of items for anyone looking for certain health foods or vitamins. I love this store and all that it has to offer and will definitely be back!

I love Erma's! Been going there since the mid 90s when it was a small hole in the wall and Erma was still alive. I love the new huge location! It's exactly what our community needs for a health food store. I have food allergies and I love the food selections they keep and would rather shop there than the regular grocery stores!

This is my absolute favorite place to shop! Product quality is excellent, the staff is friendly and like "family", and you can ask any one of them about any product and they can assist you. A friend in Clear Lake introduced me to Erma's over 20 years ago and I have been shopping there since. When I lived out of the area, I would come "home" to Erma's to stock up on supplements and shop for clean, organic foods. They are the best!

I’ve been shopping at Erma’s for about 10 years and I love it. Employees are always friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. When I do price checks at other stores, Erma’s always has comparable prices.

Erma's has a knowledgeable staff..THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF! Love the new location! The farmers market on Saturdays has some awesome vendors! Everyone is so friendly! Great products! I have never had any issues over the past 6 years since I started shopping at Erma's!

Erma's is the best- a rare "health food store" that actually has food and is not just a shop that advertises "health foods" but in reality only carries a bunch of vitamins and supplements (although Erma's carries those products too).

Erma's new location on Nasa Road 1 is awesome! It's much larger than the old location, carries far more products, and is clean and well organized. This appears to me to be the largest collection of specialty, health-focused food products I've ever seen in one location.

Erma's has a wonderful selection of healthy food, produce, supplements, drinks, and so much more. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind (Taryn!), I would feel safe dropping my 1yo off with them for a couple hours. Haha.
They stock local produce and meats. They have a great selection of vegan food, both frozen, refrigerated, and pantry. Some of the things might be a dollar or two more than what you would find on Amazon or some big retailer, but you're supporting a small business! And often I find prices on items to be cheaper here, especially in their beauty and supplement section.
I feel like I can trust the supplement selection to he high quality and that they don't stock anything that would be bad.
I appreciate that they have always respected my medical freedom.

This place is a gem! Amazing & healthy options at an affordable price. I could spend hours in here. A smaller selection of produce but great for everything else!

The staff is very helpful especially the nutritionist with her wealth of knowledge. I feel very blessed that in the time we live in the world of multiple viruses the nutritionist at Erma’s helps us treat everything and not just mask the symptoms like prescription drugs or over the counter drugs. I feel very grateful because everything she recommends works. Thank you

It's a small store but packed with excellent products. A small group of employees who care about what they do. I have been buying from here for 8 yrs and I do so because of convenience and what they carry. I've spent 40 yrs at Whole Foods in Dallas and Houston. And yes they carry more and they're expensive. (Whole Paycheck) But if you want organic quality it's not cheap. And for the convenience of a local store Erma's is my choice.

Now I just bought a Buffalo Steak, cooked it this morning at work and WOW! An excellent cut of meat! I spent the same price at Randall's earlier this week for a Grass fed cow that was nothing but in-edible gristle!

After reading some of these other reviews, if you want expediency in a check out line then maybe you should drive to Whole Foods (Amazon) in Houston and back.. Have a nice drive..

The new store is absolutely beautiful. Erma's has all of your natural and organic needs for the Bay Area. The Staff are always friendly, professional and very informative. I always recommend this place to all of my friends for any healthy food and supplement needs. The Farmers Market on Saturdays has plenty of organic certified vendors. Definitely worth a visit if you have never been.

I love Erma's! Despite many reviewers experiencing bad costumer service there, I have encountered the exact opposite. The staff is extremely knowledgable about their products and have even happily called the manufacturer of several products for me to get answers to questions that I've had. They are also open to doing special orders on hard to find products. I feel lucky to have this sweet little individually owned gem near me.

If you want to get healthy, talk to the manager! My whole family is so much better by following her advice!!!! Amazing products and calm atmosphere! Shop local

I happened to stumble across this treasure. I stopped in and was very pleased with my experience. The selection of products was amazing. And the staff was very helpful. Amy showed me where everything I was looking for was at. And answered my questions with a smile. I highly recommend everyone stop in and shop to your hearts content.
