I absolutely love the Postal Service! The staff is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. One of the things that impresses me the most is their attention to detail, like having candy for kids which adds such a thoughtful touch. Keep up the fantastic work!

Had some prints that got cut off on the edge, so I went to get them redone. Ralph, the store manager was super helpful & verified the correct printing and got a new set of prints for me.

The staff has ALWAYS been so polite without rushing anyone. This is the Montogmery Amazon return site so lines get crazy & everyone handles it think a professional! I have also had shipping needs and these guys all are very knowledgeable about the most economical way to ship and arrives times! The only place I go for shipping for many years now

While the cost to ship ANYTHING is ridiculous this time of year, this particular UPS store is great! Low-key, calm and friendly. Efficient, quick service.

Very impressed. These people are efficient. I’ve used them for notary services, Amazon returns and shipping. The workers know all aspects of the business. This will be my #1 go to. They also have a confidential shred station!

So I stopped going to this UPS store and took my business to another store less convenient about three years ago. Because no one was nice and I always felt like an inconvenience for them. They were so so rude, I refused to give them my business, even if I had to drive a lot farther. So recently, about the last 6 months or so, I decided to give them another chance and see if it was the same. To m surprise, different people seem to be working there and the atmosphere was much better and the workers are all friendly. Most of my transactions are easy stuff and they have been fast and efficient. Very impressed!! Not exactly sure what has changed but there is a significant change and it’s very noticeable!! So I’m bringing my business back local! I have been in several times since I started coming back after years of not, I have had excellent service since!! Keep up the good work.... because customers do have a choice!!

For years, this store has offered courteous efficient service.

If I could give negative stars I would. I build prototype electronics and ship two to three packages a month either here or at the 2978 store depending on traffic when I leave work. The guy at the Montgomery location in the afternoons has no sense of customer service, he is very rude, and he tries to lecture those of us who can barely make the last truck about coming in earlier. The young ladies that worked here in the past were not much better than this guy, but at least they were nice to me and didn't seem confused by the technology they need to use to do their job. The management/owner needs to do everyone in the area a favor and get rid of this guy, and hire some quality employees who don't start shutting down at 5:15, when the store advertises closing at 6:30. If you live in the area have to use UPS and have time for the traffic at 2978 & 1488 there is a much better much more competent crew that works that store.

I have been back recently, there is an entirely new staff, and they were most helpful and freindly.

Always a smile on their faces when walking in and very helpful, no matter the need. Quick, helpful, and always offer a receipt.

I was in and out in less than 10 min. Needed to buy a small box and figure out pricing on a package I was shipping. The clerk was super helpful; found the most appropriate sized box, secured the contents, and quickly provided all available options. Very happy to have found this location; close to home and great service.

They are convenient, offer shipping services and shredding options.

This is a great store! Very convenient. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that they will take my empty boxes to recycle them!

Shipped a ton out of this store, great staff.. even the times I walked up literally as they were locking the front door, he opened it up, I apologized, he said he was more than happy to help.. good people here.

I went there yesterday..and Ralph waited on me..He has waited on me many times now since moving here. He is exceptional and very helpful. I highly recommend him!!
