🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: if you love TeaLatte in Carrollton you will love this location since it’s the same franchise! I personally like this one better because it has a larger space to study at. They have a lot of different seasonal drinks to try and choose from. It’s technically in Richardson but the map says Dallas. Double check the location it’s near UTD!
🍒 THE VIBE: AMAZING study space bc tons of outlets! Also, a great place to gather with friends after a meal to play some board games!

Overall Rating: 10/10
- Loved this cute spot located near UTD. After being invited by the owner (who is a full time nurse btw!!!), I was only greeted with kindness and gratitude. The hard word Leah puts into your business is showcased through the detail in decor of her boba shop!
- Leah also owns @elevatedcoffeetea if you are in the area to try some great coffee and they also sell the viral Dubai chocolate there too.
- The Wintermelon bliss was absolutely refreshing! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and with the choice of herb jelly or aloe jelly paired with chia seeds your digestive system will thank you 🤣
- The Waikiki sunset is a crowd favorite because of its beautiful colors from the butterfly pea tea. It’s a lemonade base for my lemonade lovers.
- The mango lychee drink had so much flavor! I asked for less sweetness but tbh I feel like full sweetness would’ve tasted so much better because it does have sparking water in it. The mango stars were the cherry on top.
- Overall, a great business that sells boba and has a convenient study space with TONS of outlets.

Friendly local place. Wide selection of teas and other drinks. Free WiFi is a plus. Seating is a bit limited, but my sense is that will change as they figure out what their customers are looking for. Given its proximity to JJ Pearce High School I can easily see this place becoming and after school hang out. The shop is decorated in a minimalistic manner but is still surprisingly cozy.

I absolutely LOVE their Milk Tea Latte. The owner was so nice to help me and my friends trying different topping choices. Their menu is one of the most creative mixes of drinks I've seen around town and state wide. This is my go to hang out tea shop.

Lots of great drink options where you can pick the sugar levels. This is fantastic for being able to get drinks for your kids.

Super cozy and nice atmosphere. The opening worker was really patient and attentive while we were being indecisive. She accidentally made a friend’s drink wrong and gave her a remake for free, even though we didn’t say anything about it.

Tea for me is the most important ingredient in my boba. TeaLatte’s Tea was really strong and their grass jelly was fresh too! I hate the can grass jelly. Staff was really nice and patience with our order. The environment and decor was really welcoming and comforting. Highly recommend this boba if you are in the area!

Fresh and delicious brew to order drinks. TeaLatte Bar stand out among the dozen other spots in the area because they make your order right when you place it. Other boba spots will brew batches of tea early in the morning and use the same batch throughout the day, making the quality inconsistent. I typically only get fruit teas in general since many places will do a poor job at mixing the non-dairy which results in powdery milk teas - this isn’t the case for TeaLatte as they use purely just milk & alternative milks (from what I’ve experienced so far).

You can never go wrong with their Thai Milk Tea if you want something creamy and bold in flavor. If you want something sweet and vibrant, definitely give their organic lemonades a try (The one in the photo is their Strawberry Lilikoi)

The store recently added more seating area, which makes it great for summer hangouts or group study sessions. Staff was super nice and the establishment was well kept and clean.

New favorite Boba place! I was driving around the area and had a craving for boba and found this amazing place. They have lots of different options and I tried a caffeine free peppermint milk latte that was delicious. Had it with 50% sugar with tapioca and it was perfection. Super friendly service too! Plus… they have pastries from the local bakery shop La Casita that are the best! Will be back!

Came here tonight and let me tell you, they really know quality. I wanted honey green tea with boba, a very simple drink but I am super picky with the taste of tea base. Wow took the first sip and the flavor is on point. Boba was cooked perfectly and chewy to perfection. I will for sure be back for this because quality of tea and their staff attentive to detail of my needs were met. Can you see I finished this in seconds! 😋👍

Delicious, organic drinks and aesthetic interior! There’s plenty of seating for friends and family, and we had a lot of fun playing the games they had! Definitely would recommend for all ages :)

Friendly staff and delicious drinks! Their boba is the best I’ve had with the perfect texture. They have an extensive list of (milk) teas and other unique flavored drinks. It was a hot day in Texas and the Passion Orange Guava (POG) tea with aloe vera toppings was the perfect refresher.. my new go-to drink when I want/need something refreshing.

This place is so aesthetic and is perfect for studying! They serve great boba and the man working behind the counter was so considerate to get my order just perfect. They also serve different kinds of instant ramen here with the ability to add cheese. 10/10 obsessed 🥰

Edit: Today I went to TeaLatte Bar for the millionth time, and I, again cannot rave enough about their service. Since I'm slow, I forgot they don't open till 11am, but even though I showed up early, the bobarista served me so graciously. I literally cannot with the kindness and the service. 100000/10 <33

Lots and lots of options here, and many of them taste good to the point where I have a rotation of drinks (I can’t say that for a lot of places). They very often do collab events here that are really fun; it’s nice to see a place that is active in the community and is a great “third place” to hang out.

If I ever have an issue with a drink (I get an embarrassing amount of boba, so statistics say I would get a problem sometime), they are always happy to correct it. If someone asked where they should get boba around here, I would suggest this place in a heartbeat.

I stopped in on my birthday with my daughter just to do something fun even though it was a work and school day. They were super helpful in advising us to pick drinks because the menu was huge and it was only my daughter's second time to have boba. And it turns out they give you a free drink on your birthday so that was an extra special surprise.

I love my Honolulu with brown sugar and caramel and my daughter loved her lemonade with strawberry popping boba which they even let her sample the boba beforehand because she'd never had popping boba before and wasn't sure she'd like it because she's rather picky. We'll definitely be back!

Visited during their soft opening. The drinks taste just like other TeaLatte Bar locations I’ve been to. Drinks did take a little longer than other locations but hopefully they will resolve this with more time and training. Will be coming back to try other drinks from their menu.

I’m a big fan of brown sugar boba and this is my favorite place to get one. I love the variety of non-dairy milk options to choose from. My favorite is the oat milk brown sugar boba. The milk tea and boba tastes fresh and love how I can adjust the sugar level without it being overly sweet.

Hands down the best tea shop around! The service is amazing, and the drinks and snacks even better! One day I decided to try it out, and the next day I became a regular! I frequent the shop, staying and getting on my laptop for work. I feel like family here. It's a MUST try tea store! I promise you'll become a regular customer as well!

Nice good atmosphere. Really cute little spot with plenty of seating and a good variety of teas and coffees. Really clean and new. The employees are super sweet and welcoming. Perfect spot to study, work, or meet up with friends.

The entire experience was more joyful than a regular stop. Great people running this location. Makes sense why they have 5 stars on yelp!
