Wow! I haven't been to a James Avery store since they had the one in Highland Village. This location is fantastic! Well organized, no lines, quick friendly service. Completely changed how I feel about going to their stores. I have always loved their selection. Now I love going in to browse and try things on again!

The crew, staff members at James Avery on Westheimer are awesome! They are very patient and friendly. The best experience I have had at a James Avery store. This location will be my go to store now! Thank you Amanda, Ashley, Emily and Adrian!

My favorite James Avery store location. Can't beat the uptown scenery around it. Workers are nice and very helpful.

New location is bright and airy. On a Sunday afternoon, they were super busy, but I was greeted at the door immediately by a "floor walker." She showed me the items I was interested in, answered my question about polishing and filled out my order form. Only had to wait a moment before being called to the register. Patient cashier explained the ongoing sale, allowed me to make a last minute change in my order that was to my financial advantage, and rang me up. Free gift wrap, gift receipt, and the promise of an exchange if needed. Soon, I was on my way! Another cheerful greeting by another employee on my way out. They've got a great thing going on here!

Woohoo it was my girlfriends birthday and she like turtles... so I got here turtles... ofcourse from James Avery... hope she loves them... well signing off until next time Two Peas..

Excellent Customer Service. James Avery is a go-to for gifts (and myself) as the quality never disappoints.

The friendliest location I have ever been to! Ms. Naida and Daisy are always so patient. They offer tips on choosing the right location to place the charms and with making sure each piece brought in for cleaning is well taken care of. I was sad when the Highland Village location was closed, but glad when I walked into this one and saw their familiar smiling faces.
If you call the number listed on google, it goes to dillards. Use the one on the website.

I am very upset. I was given a charm from my son last year and it came off. I call the Store and was told you only have 60 days to replace if come off. I think once you put them on they should stay on. That charm meant a lot to me
I was never told about the 60 days.

Not much selection for men but lots of great selection for all the lady's In your life.

Quick and easy experience! I needed to exchange a ring for a smaller size, my 2 month old in tow. They helped me with the doors, and helped me right away. I was in and out.
