Just came strolling this morning to look at a few watches and saw this beauty ! Arden was fantastic. I wasn't going to purchase it, but she convinced me ! My second time purchasing here and I will be back (: Thank you.

Mac was very very helpful. She was so patient with me to pick a gift for my wife. I wanted to close my account with Zales but because of Mac I will always come back to the Galleria location. Being a foreigner with a strong accent and she was so nice and helpful. Thank you Mac and God bless you.

Justin, at the Galleria Mall in Houston Texas helped me out, when I had an issue with my ring. The best experience I could possibly ask for. He was polite and very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issues very quickly. I truly appreciate his assistance and recommend him to anyone that is looking for a ring!

Absolutely the only jewelry store and location I would go to in Houston. Melvin, Miss. Mac, Perc, and Mel have been at this same location for years, Melvin specifically 24 years!! Awesome service, team members mentioned above remember me by face, and Perc knows me by name, each time. The service is consistent each time. This Zales location is doing something perfectly right, something that many other businesses could learn from. Thank each of you for the service, including recommendations, knowing what I would love, jewelry cleaning and bright, friendly, warm smiles. We need more businesses like this!

The store Manger was Wonderful , I don’t remember her name but she had curly hair and light skinned . Thank you so much for helping us out on the studs they’re gorgeous and the diamond shine so much. Your customer service to us was wonderful. You always had a pleasant smile and voice with us no matter what questions or how many questions we had . Definitely recommend this location.
