This is right by our house so it’s fast and easy when it comes to shopping and is usually never over crowded unless it’s a holiday. This is a good place to shop for your stuff

We just switched to the HEB Pharmacy from a big name pharmacy down the road, and I regret not making this switch the moment I moved to town. Following a trip to urgent care, my 2 year old’s prescription was ready early, and everyone I interacted with was so so kind and knowledgeable. The customer service was on par with what we’ve come to expect from HEB, and this momma had happy tears by the time I was walking out, prescription in hand, less than 30 minutes after it had been called in. If you’re considering switching pharmacies, take this as your sign to do it.

It's 11am on Oct 11th 2022 and I'm not sure what her name is, but you guys had the sweetest person delivering meds today! She's only been here one other time but remembered we had a newborn and was sure to knock super soft! So so thoughtful! ❤

Alexis wasn’t rude to me at all. Maybe they were very busy that day. I always love it when she is there she is on top of her game. If it’s not their policy then how can you get angry with someone. I make it a habit to always ask if it has a discount!

I’ve known Alexis since before she transferred to this store. I’ve never known her to be rude or pushy. If you are not happy with the price of something taking it on an employee is inappropriate and spiteful. In all the years I’ve known her she has always been friendly and courteous.

The pharmacy technician named Alexis was most helpful in assisting me with questions regarding medications. After being at Walmart and getting frustrated because no one would help me. She had a huge smile on her face and such a great attitude.

Alexis has always been great with me! Maybe it’s you! Also employees are only allowed what they are told to do and your taking your frustration out on the wrong person.
