Listen these guys know their stuff and do a great job...when you can reach them. Their mailboxes are always full and no one answers the phone. Very HARD to reach anyone.

I dropped off a lawn mower for repairs Last Saturday and was told I'd get a call mid-week with an update on the issue, and that it would likely take a few days after that to complete the repair. After almost a week and no word back, I called Lacore several times (they don't answer their phones) to get a status update. After many calls and no answer, I was finally able to get ahold of a representative, who told me they haven't even looked at my lawn mower, and said it would take 8-12 weeks minimum to repair. Needless to say, I will be picking up my lawn mower this afternoon and will take it to a different servicer. I highly recommend you avoid this place if you need any work done to your lawn equipment.

Buyer Beware!
Purchased ATV on 5/12, the Odes ATV only ran for 30 minutes, and after 3 months having it at their location,LaCore will not refund the money or give us the unit. They do not even have the tools required to fix the unit

Do not recommend We have called on multiple occasions and no one answers the phone We have left messages for service and they do not call back.

Pretty bad customer service for a company trying to get started !
