Stephen, Kenneth, and Mario were fantastic and made sure everything was done to standards and even went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. Tallent was excellent from start to finish! We had a huge hail storm in may they responded quickly and handled everything from insurance to cleanup. We had a new roof, gutter repair, solar panels removed and reinstalled all in one day. Their guys were efficient, organized and experienced. We would suggest Tallent to anyone who asks!

I would like to leave a very positive review for Tallent and specifically project manager Billy Collazo. My mom’s home in Plano suffered hail damage in May 2023, including roof and window damage, damage to the A/C unit, and a broken skylight. Since the skylight was broken and leaking water, my mom needed a quick fix. Her insurance company recommended Tallent, and Billy and his crew came out right away to put a temporary protective tarp over the skylight. My mom then chose Tallent to handle all the hail damage after the insurance estimate was completed. I served as the intermediary between my mom and Billy. Billy was outstanding in all respects. Communication with Billy was excellent. He responded quickly to text messages or phone calls, even communicating with me outside normal working hours. He also kept us up to date with when the various repairs would be done. One problem was that the skylight my mom requested (and was installed) was not actually the one she wanted. At no expense to her, Billy replaced the skylight promptly with the one she wanted. Billy also stopped by after all the repairs were completed to fix a bunch of indoor nail pops that were a result of the roof repair, even though the contract clearly stated those nail pops were not Tallent’s responsibility. Billy was professional all the way throughout the entire experience. If you need any residential-related construction or repair done, I highly recommend Tallent and especially Billy Collazo!

Ryan Long and his subs were outstanding. From initially dealing with the insurance companies to scheduling the repairs (not easy Sioux schedule) to filing supplements with insurance to minimizing the time we had to “move out” to completing punch lists, Ryan was hands on. We will definitely call on Tallent for future needs!

I was only the tenant at a rental home Tallent Roofing replaced the roof on. They didn’t have to work with me, but they did knowing I worked from home full time. The representative was responsive, kept me updated on the schedule and it was all as easy as could be. I left home the morning before they arrived to replace the entire roof, returned home about 11 hours later and could not even tell anyone had been there. Except for the nice new roof. I had occasion to talk with their employees on several occasions before and they were all very professional, polite and represent their company very well. I can highly recommend their services.

We had hail damage to our roof recently and had Tallent replace our roof along with all the gutters and drainpipes. First off Stacey Todd was our Rep and promised he would manage the project from beginning to end and not only did he do that they delivered everything he said they would.
Very professional teams that worked efficiently and completed our new beautiful roof and did it in a timely manner. Having had a roof replaced once before in our home several years ago I can only tell you one of my real concerns was the cleanup around the house and our pool. As Stacey promised his team did a terrific cleanup job and we were quite pleased. Tallent Roofing, Inc did a wonderful job replacing my roof, a window, guttering and a garage door following a hail storm in Feb 2022. Billy Collazo was an absolute hero and easy to work with. He showed concern for doing a good job and meeting whatever desires or requirements I had. He led the repair of our hardwood floors from extensive termite damage. Steven was meticulous in his plans and orchestrated a most seamless repair. Tallent was excellent from start to finish! I was out of town when the damage occurred, worked with Steven over the phone to get the inspection and estimate done. Everything was ready to go when we got home for our trip 2 weeks. Steven worked out all the details with our insurance company. They made the entire process seamless. I never had a single issue. Didn't even have to deal with the insurance company, they took care of everything! They even help me find a great window company to fix a broken window that was not related to the hail damage. Wow! We were struck with a nasty pipe burst during the harsh freeze back in February. Steven/Tallent Roofing's reconstruction/restoration team was AMAZING (Josh was our hero)!! We needed it all... sheetrock, insulation, flooring, trim and paint. Steven worked with us and our insurance to make sure all our needs were met (and exceeded). The best part was the communication - always prompt, friendly and helpful. Steven was always aware of our progress, often making visits to the house to check on things. Had a roof replaced after hail damage in Frisco in 2017. Great experience! Very professional crews. The yard looked better after they left than before they came. No fuss over the payments and they submitted overages directly to the insurer for prompt addition to the estimate. Be sure to ask for Stacy - very easy to deal with.
