AT&T Store

It isn't to often that you walk into an establishment and get the service I received. Todd was extremely helpful and knows about what we were needing in the way a of a plan . He had the answers, didn't have to find anyone to get the answer, which to me means a you great deal to me.
He was friendly, courteous, understanding and very knowledgeable. I got a new phone, and he helped with the transitioning of my information to the new phone .

The AT & T store on Briarcrest is the best! They employ quality staff like Leslie. She is wonderful, qualified, caring and knows her stuff. The practices professional skills as she relates to the clients. She has helped me every time that I need help and answers my questions so that I can understand her. Thanks Leslie.

I never have a problem with the people that are employed at AT&T at Briarcrest. They are very helpful and know everything there is to know about what they are doing for the customer. They’re keepers. They work hard for us customers as they should be.

Leo is amazing individual! I came into the store with a prepaid account yet this busy man took time to help an old gentleman such as myself resolve the issue. This is rare service. This man needs a raise. If not is on store.

Gentleman met me at the door. Helped me with customer service on the phone and solved me problem quickly! Amazing customer service and helped me understand what he was doing and why and how to prevent the problem from happening again!!

Taylor was amazing! She is professional, easy at explain options, great at sales and most importantly an expert in customer service. She should be training all your associates. Give her a raise. Customer service still exists. We left Verizon after 20+ years because the customer service was absent and so happy we moved to AT&T.

I came in to the Bryan, Texas store on Briarcrest for a change to my direct debit and check to see if there were any promotions I might take advantage of. Taylor was my Assistant. She was such a huge help and nice, kind, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel as if I was the only person in the store. Taylor is a real compliment to AT&T. I have been with this store since my very first cell phone.. for years. It has always been the best to and for me. This store and its employees is one major reason why I have always stayed with AT&T. I had a wonderful experience. Leslie was wonderful had the answers to all my questions and was very helpful in swapping my info from my old device to my new one. I'll definitely be back to see her again to get my new Apple Watch and air pods.

She was very helpful and help with things I didn't know about. She stayed with me for about 2 and 1/2 hours. She need a raise.

Gave me everything I wanted plus more....... even got Me out of an old contract and into a new one. I now Paid 70% less than I used to pay. And I'm getting unlimited everything plus a brand new phone. How can I complain? Oh, my goodness, I really appreciate all the help they gave me. And the assistant even calling helped me talk to my old carriers and switching me over with no problems. My old company tried to give me problems and even offered me several better Deals to stay with them, but the deal to AT&T offer me was just off The wall so I couldn't stay with my own company. I'm happy with AT&T now. Appreciate all the help and the one guy who helped me really did his job well that day.......tell him I said thanks again.......D7oX 😊 👍 😀

I lost my phone while out shopping and Leo was able to help me track it down and recover it. He was very capable and I am very grateful for the help. I will absolutely come back for my future phone upgrades and service changes!

Okay. Let me start by saying the service at the College Station store was rough and the call-in number is hot garbage. I went into this store as a last chance before I moved my service. The entire staff was super helpful and Brandon was able to get me answers that multiple trips to the other store and two hours on the phone couldn’t fix. 10/10 will visit again.

Taylor Dorsey gave us exceptional service. She is very knowledgeable of the devices & a quick & fast worker. She was very helpful with us senior citizens. A great asset to AT&T.

It was heavenly! I was approached instantly by Collin a week ago, and by Brandon yesterday. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, extremely patient and extremely kind.

The service rep was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He stayed after close to help us. We bought 2 new Samsung FE7 tablets and one of them was an out of box failure and, with the help of his supervisor, we were able to get the faulty one replaced the next day. Thank you to them both and all that go above and beyond to help customers to be satisfied.

Came back to switch to AT&T. Shelby greeted us and started helping immediately. Walked us through our options, answered all of our questions. Took his time with us. Very helpful!
