I love this place!!! They're ALL so nice and courteous. And treat their customers with lots of respect and I like that. I've been one of their customers for over 20 years and always go back to them when I need something.

They brought me a couch and loveseat. The loveseat has a broken leg. It was delivered broken with a verbal promise to bring a replacement within a week. It never happened. I started to give a crummy review but, after calling them, I realized the info just didn't get to the correct person. Perfection is not a sustainable standard at all times or in all circumstances... how things are addressed matters. It is being addressed correctly. Thanks for the nice response and addressing the imperfection in a way that demonstrates customer satisfaction matters. Good job guys.

Th staff here at this store are helpful, and will work with you on whatever issue you may have. Brian and Donna are wonderful sales people.

Great salespeople at this store. Don't pressure you, and listen to what you want and can afford. Has even been extremely helpful after the sale.

Manager was very customer service friendly. Basically made up for the lack of customer service at the corporate office. I recommend going to the store and dealing with him directly.
