Love love this location. I am a 10 year plus customer of Metro and went to this location to purchase my daughter a phone for her bday. My initial visit was on last Sunday right at opening time. I was pleasantly surprised at how Carla being the only associate in the store initially, was able to multi-task the multitude of customers and keep a smile the entire time. She was able to assist me in picking out the perfect phone and ensure activation. Carla exemplified both exceptional leadership skills and customer service! She is hands down the best!! Definitely will be a return customer!

I went a Tuesday because my phone had broken. I did not know my pin, and was struggling to reach my family for them to help me. They were extremely helpful and cooperative, best service I've ever had! Angy helped me, and she is the one to look for, but all the staff was nice. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to know about metro or in need of a new phone

Excellent customer service, Angy was so helpful and amazing. She took the time to show us the phones they had and the service. Not only that but went the extra mile to set up our new service and called customer service from our old service to port our numbers. I've never had customer service like this from a phone company. So it was time to upgrade. Came to 804 Villia Maria, Nimi was my associate in the store and wonderful. She was very helpful with me picking me a new phone for my budget. I always come to this store location, the employees here are so friendly.
