B&B Auto helped me schedule an appointment for an oil change very quickly and I am very happy that I went there for my oil change. Rico put me down for the oil change and everything went pretty smoothly. They even vacuumed my car and put a little gift basket on the passenger seat. They did a great job. Rico gave me a quote for some other repairs that I'd have to do eventually and I'd definitely take my car to B&B Auto when I have the funds to do them. 10/10

Just want to say thank you. As a parent of a college student, i appreciate that my daughter brought her car there, and all that was wrong was that the gas cap was not tight enough. You guys looked at it, told her the problem, and didn't charge her for taking a look. Thank you for your honesty! A lot of others would have taken advantage. Will definitely be taking her car here if she ever really has any trouble

This auto shop made a broken down vehicle way more manageable. As a young woman it’s more difficult to trust a mechanic, but they were kind and helpful the whole way through. Big shout out to Rico, Kevin, and George for their awesome work they do and for being so great! The little box they made and left in the front seat was the cherry on top. Great service and advice from B&B. Rico has been great at the front and always very kind at my 2 visits. George was very thorough with his explanation of the things I need repaired and also what is most essential to get done on the list for my car (it is an older car).

I recently had B&B replace the motor on my F250 diesel. B&B had been recommended to me by two different people. Kevin helped as service representative. He did a good job of communicating with me, researching the different options, and explaining costs and benefits. The cost of the repair at B&B was in line with a couple of other shops I checked with. I chose to use B&B because of Kevin’s helpful and “no-pressure” service, their reputation, and the organizations they support in our community, including Aggieland Pregnancy Outreach. The repair was done on time and the final invoice matched the estimate. There was good communication by Kevin throughout the process. Soon after the repair, we were out of town for a family member’s heart surgery and a problem arose. The check engine light came on because an EGR valve was not properly closing. B&B went out of their way to address the issue by referring us to a nearby shop (that they knew) and getting the truck fixed quickly at no additional expense to us. This was more than we expected, and it made a difficult week much better. B&B has earned my business for the long haul, and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Thank you B&B!

They have good customer service and did a good job fixing my vehicle. I went there to replace the brake pads, rotors and the tmps sensor. Everything works great. I like how they send you pictures of any problems they find.

Excellent service. The staff is amazing and will ensure you get great personalized customer service. All options were explained in great detail, with affordable prices. I appreciate we are given the option to select what services we'd like, no services are enforced. B&B Automotive Services is the best place I have taken my car to in Bryan/College Station!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called and spoke with Kevin about some fluid I saw leaking under my dash. Understanding that it was coolant we had my truck towed in and quickly diagnosed. Found the issue was covered under warranty and Kevin did an awesome job dealing with the warranty company and getting my truck back in a timely manner. Also a great job by the tech who worked on my truck. The task involved removing the dash to complete and everything came back looking good as new and working as it should! Great job,I would highly recommend!

Great place to get your vehicle serviced, they fixed me right up and I had my car back the same day. Rico was great!

Great experience and work done here. I had my radiator replaced on my Tundra and other work. My wife’s AC repaired as well.

We took our van for a road trip check and had a great experience as usual! The staff is friendly, fair, honest, knowledgeable and prompt. They let us know which maintenance issues were a priority and which could wait til later. They kept is posted throughout the process. As a new resident in Texas, I was looking for an auto shop that I could trust and feel comfortable leaving my Jeep. I visited two other auto repair shops before I found B & B and let me tell you, just by the customer service alone, I was sold. The attentiveness and how they explained what could potentially be the problem was amazing. They were so lovely and sweet. They did a fantastic job on my Jeep and it didn't take a long time to fix. They did a whole 360 check on my car, with videos and pictures, and let me know what things needed to be fixed. Their prices were broken down on the receipt so I'd know what everything cost, so no surprise fees or anything like that. I HIGHLY recommend B & B Automotive Services to anyone looking for an auto repair shop that will make you feel like you're leaving your car in great hands. Amazing customer service and they do a spectacular job. 10 outta 10!

They did a great job, very responsive and communication was phenomenal. I love the detailed report they sent me online and how they let you choose which services you want done from a list of very detailed price breakdowns. Will 100% be using them moving forward. These guys restored my opinion about mechanic shops.

We’ve been with B&B for a decade. We have a ton of respect for this company. I don’t cringe when the truck gets sick.

I live out of state. Was recommended by a friend who lives locally to have my car towed here for diagnosis and repair. Prior to bringing the vehicle to Bryan a similar incident occurred to the vehicle. I was expecting the repair to be quite pricey.

From the moment the car arrived at the shop the communication from the advisor/mechanic was FANTASTIC. They texted me or called me with every update. (i live 1000+ miles away from Bryan and was doing this all remotely). They provided in detail the steps they would perform and how much each step would cost. They validated i would accept the step and proceeded.

The car was finished in a completely reasonable amount of time. When the repairs were complete, they called me to go over the bill and go over all steps in the process to repair. They recommended other services which i could perform, but were not pushy about it.

This here is totally key. They didn't push anything hard. They stated that i due to milage on the car i may want to consider. When i informed them these had been performed within the last 3000 miles they took me at my word and let it be. No pushy sales, no unnecessary add-ons. They simply fixed what needed to be fixed and then arranged transportation to pick up the car.

I could not ask for better service from a mechanic whose shop is 5 minutes from my house, much less 1000 miles.

A less reputable shop could have taken me for a ride. These folks didn't.

100% i would have my vehicle serviced here again. TOTALLY recommend
