J & B Medical Supply

I have no other experience with this store other than parking next door to it in front of the dry cleaners to go in and drop off a sport coat. A lady (presumably the owner) of J&B Medical came out and gave me an earful about parking in front of the dry cleaners. She said she didn’t believe I was going into the dry cleaners and that she would stand there and watch to make sure I did. I guess she’s the self appointed parking lot police. Needless to say I did go in, I did drop off the jacket and then left as she stood watch. Not a good experience and not a way to build good community relationships.

For starters it took 3 months to get my account set up. Every time I called (which was often) I would be told it was in the works or they were waiting on my doctor. I would call my doctor and they would say they faxed the paperwork and I would have to call j&b back. They finally decided to start working on it when I informed them that it had been 3 weeks so I was concerned. The lady kept me up to date a short time but then I had to start calling back in again to get things going. Three months to get my supplies for my dexcom cgm. Now I’m having a problem getting my supplies again. THEY FORGOT to get my doctors information about my last visit and tried to charge my insurance so now I have to wait with my transmitter about to expire for them to re set up my account? I called on the 8th and was told my supplies would be shipped on the 9th and only found out the next week that that was a lie. Ended up talking to a supervisor and she seemed to want to help and found out it was their fault. They also charged us our % we have to pay already as well. I wish these companies could understand how important these supplies are. She hasn’t called me back and I called and got her voicemail. I left a message to please call me back but she hasn’t as of yet. If there was somewhere else I could go with the insurance I have I would.

Does not carry any supplies. All they can do is order them, What a complete waste of time to stop by. I can order off amazon, I came to support a local business. Door was locked and person inside store was rude. Don't waste your time going there,
