Our sales woman was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy. She was friendly and lead us to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. She assured us of the quality of the furniture as well. When we didn’t immediately make our decision to buy but to look around a bit more she was understanding of that. Her knowledge and behavior caused us to want to purchase from Star, which in the end, that is what we did.

I had never been here before. But I was looking for something unique, affordable, yet excellent quality!! Star Furniture gave me all of that!! I absolutely loved this place! My salesman, Loring, was wonderful! I showed him pictures of my house as well as explained my vision. And he took me exactly to what I was looking for!! And all within my budget!! HEAVEN!! I was in HEAVEN! You've got to go and experience it for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

I have always liked Star furniture and we found just what we were looking for at a good price. Salesman was nice and not too pushy and patient and helpful. I like their brands. Most are a little higher end than other brands &shley had complete junk. I hope that they continue to carry better quality. Their delivery rate is now too high @ 250. So we are picking up. $150 would be fair.

The salesman was helpful and not pushy. I wanted a trundle daybed and told him what I had in mind and he said he didn’t have one like what I wanted but did have one I might want to see because it’s really nice. Mainly to be polite I agreed to look at it. It was absolutely nothing like what I thought I wanted it but it was so beautiful I instantly changed my mind and bought it! It’s obviously high quality and well manufactured and I can’t wait to have it delivered.

Lorin was professional, friendly and had a wealth of knowledge re the products. He allowed us to take our time ask questions and did not ‘push a sale’ which is my ‘pet peeve’. We truly enjoyed the experience and ended up with beautiful quality power reclining sofas. Star Furniture is simply the ‘best’.

Lisa was extremely helpful! My sister and I went Star to look for a couch. Lisa, was patient and kind. She made the process so smooth! I'm happy with my purchase and the overall experience.

I had been to several furniture stores looking at couch and loveseats but couldn’t find anything I liked. Walked into STAR on a whim and found exactly what I had been looking for. Joseph was easy to work with. I am looking forward to having the new furniture delivered soon!

Eugene was was very helpful, patient, and the absolute friendliest salesman I may have ever had the pleasure of working with. (I'm also excited about the furniture, though I haven't received it yet, so hard to give a good review there. I plan to update this later.)

Eugene was an amazing help in evaluating my existing furniture/rug photos and identifying a living room set that will look beautiful in my new home and within my budget! I highly recommend Star Furniture!

Lisa was wonderful to work with. She listened to what we wanted and then showed us options that helped her identify our style. She wasn’t pushy at all and wanted to make sure that we found the right furniture for us. Her suggestions were spot on and really helped in enabling us to choose the correct pieces that would make our room complete.

We love Eugene. He has a blessing of a salesman. He made our experience so enjoyable! He is very knowledgeable of all Stars products! We look forward to finishing our home decorating with you.

We visited three furniture stores and Star was the best by far. Best selections and best prices. I really appreciate the service from Lisa. She talked to us to determine what we needed/wanted. She showed us a variety of pieces which could possibly fill our need and then left it up to us without any pressure to make a sale. We left, visited two other stores then came back to Star to make our purchase. We highly recommend Lisa and Star.

My experience at Star Furniture was a really great one! My sales associate, Joseph was super helpful. I have all kinds of questions for him and I never felt like I was a frustration to him. He was great about letting me look around without me feeling like he was stocking me. He took care of all the details for me making this a very easy and enjoyable experience.
