We live in a neighborhood with an Amenity Center and many people use golf carts to get around. I had several satisfied customers in Del Webb who had used Frontier and they were very pleased with the sales process and their purchase.

I had some initial questions, months ago, that I sent in previously on their FB site and they were answered promptly.
When we were ready, we went in to the dealership late November 2023 and met with Collin Couch. He was very low key and did not push any product or pressure us to buy. He allowed us to test drive what we wanted and showed us all the carts they offer in a variety of price ranges. Upon conclusion of our visit, he asked if we wanted to go home and talk it over, which again was refreshing. However, my wife and I felt satisfied enough to complete our purchase of an Evolution D5 Ranger, Texas Edition. We are very happy with our Evolution!!

Everyone we met at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. We completed our purchase and were lucky enough to have it delivered the same day, again by a very friendly and helpful employee who also dropped off an Evolution Christmas gift, again a nice surprise!

When we decided that we wanted to purchase a golf cart the first place that we went to was to Frontier Golf Carts. We were immediately greeted by Collin who was wonderful to work with. He taught us so much about the cart and showed us everything about Evolution golf carts. Once we test drove it we were sold.

In less than 2 weeks we had our brand new golf cart that was custom made delivered to our home. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and we never felt pressured to purchase or do anything. We did do upgrades on our cart such as: diamond stitching, speaker, brush guard, tires which was a nice added custom touch to our cart. Even without these upgrades, the golf carts are very nice and come fully equipped already!

Collin was always there to answer our questions and made our experience as first time golf cart owners a great one!

Great service at Frontier Golf Carts! Recently the battery on my 2021 Evolution Classic Pro was not working correctly. I reached out to Frontier, they recommended a few things to try and then after no change I took it to them to trouble shoot and resolve. They found the issue and my battery was replaced (under warranty). Great service and communication.

Great experience with Frontier Golf Carts. It’s a family owned business, they are patient and care about your satisfaction. I purchased a cart as a surprise Christmas gift for my family. The cart was delivered in person by David who worked around my schedule to bring it while my son was at school so he wouldn’t see. He took time to show me every feature. He was very thorough with a bumper to bumper demonstration.

The cart is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. At the last minute I had second thoughts about the color and he was willing to work with me to do a last minute switch- but I decided to stay with the white and it was a great choice.

We bought our golf cart from Frontier. We got a great price and the customer service is top notch. Any questions, concerns or repairs were handled promptly. I called Collin Monday because my battery wasn’t holding a charge as long as normal. I also requested a maintenance check and brake replacement. He came to my house picked up the cart that same day. He delivered the cart 2 days later on Wednesday. They replaced the lithium battery free of charge, tuned it up and told me my brakes were still in great shape and didn’t need replacement. This place is honest and never over charges. I highly recommend Frontier Golf cart!

I had searched relentlessly for a golf cart or side by side. Finally decided the cart made the best sense for us at the moment. Visited other dealers. Finally I happened upon Frontier Golf Carts, and decided to take the long drive to check it out in person. I knew what I was looking for basically. I met Collin and his dad, and felt comfortable immediately. The dealership was professional and the folks seemed genuine. I liked the fact that it was in small town, not Dallas Ft Worth. There was absolutely no pressure. I have found businesses in small towns must maintain good customer relations and provide quality products or they won’t stay in business long. Collin, an Air Force vet, said they had been open for 10 years, customer service and satisfaction was important. Long story short, I test drove a cart and learned the details and made the purchase. It was one of the easiest transactions I have made. The following week I returned and they had the cart ready for me. The delivery was awesome and very professional too. I loved the information video for after the sell. They loaded and tied it down on my trailer. Collin wanted me to be happy with the cart and provided a return policy if need be. We are enjoying the cart, especially my grandson. We try to ride everyday. I have no concerns with Collin or Frontier Golf Carts. I know they will stand behind the product if something fails. I would recommend Collin and his dad in a flash. In fact I already have. It’s hard to find good honest people these days.
