I went to see Mitchell for rates when I refinanced my home last year, and surprise! My rates went down! More coverage, less money = a very happy customer! I've had one claim in the past 10 years, and I can't tell you how pleased I was with everyone involved in fixing the damage from a water leak in my kitchen. They all bent over backwards to help me get everything done -- and needless to say I was in a panic when it happened, never had my hand held so beautifully. I'm never leaving Farm Bureau in Linden and Mitchell Rhodes.
