this is the best sandwich & pasta salad i’ve ever had! the bread and meats were fresh and delicious. the pasta salad was flavorful and tangy, which i love. the owner is the sweetest lady who is very helpful.
this is definitely worth eating, and this is will now be a constant stop for me and my partner.

Probably the best sandwich that I've ever had. I literally went the afternoon and got a roast beef and cheese. We back at dinner and got another sub. Meats high quality, ingredients/toppings fresh, and bread freshly made. 100/100 recommend! Very friendly employees!

Hidden away in the corner of The Shops at Pigeon Forge shopping center on East Wears Valley Road is an absolute hidden gem. We go here every time that we are in Pigeon Forge and it NEVER disappoints.
Locally owned and operated by some great people, their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! One sandwich is big enough to share with a friend -- but they taste so good, why would you want to share it? Let them order their own! (Maybe order 2 different subs and share half of each?) The bread is baked fresh on site every day.
Today, we had the Italian Sub and it was one of the best Italian Subs that I have ever had! I have previously had the club and it was equally delicious. One thing is for sure is that they never disappoint!
Don't forget to order a pretzel!

Delicious sandwiches and pretzels! They pile the meat on thick. One of the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had and absolutely worth trying to find this place. There’s not a ton of seating inside but they do have some tables outside. The bathrooms are outside around the corner. This place is located in the corner where the two rows of shops meet. The service was super friendly and they came and checked on me multiple times while I was eating. The pretzels are made to order and so good! Check this place out for lunch or and early dinner.

Our first time at the Deli today...all I can say is phenomenal food and customer service some of the best I've ever experienced!! If you ever thought about going ~ GO! Oh, get the pretzel with vanilla sauce ~ you'll thank me later!!!

This place was so awesome! We are doing the Ketogenic Lifestyle and they were super accommodating! They even had our bread 🍞 in the freezer and offered to make us an additional sandwich (they felt these were too small). We dined in, I got chicken salad add bacon and my husband got the Italian. Both were excellent and they gave us pickle spears also. I give this eatery two thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

What an absolute delightful place. The three women were so considerate and absolutely took pride in the entire experience we had. The food was absolutely amazing and so fresh. The portions were quite generous that gave us leftovers.

I wish we lived in the area just to have this on a daily basis. This will be our staple every time we come to Pigeon Forge.

The location is tricky to get to but if get lost 100 times so that I can find this place :) It's hidden in the corner right next to the Trump store

This place was a great find for lunch! Generously portioned sandwiches. Yummy ingredients and fantastic bread. The giant pretzel was a delicious highlight. If we lived here this would be a regular lunch stop for sure. Service was fast and friendly. Honestly I would pay a dollar or two more for the sandwiches. We got a Chub on pretzel, a cheese steak on pretzel, and an open faced pot roast sandwich on white. Plus the giant butter and salt pretzel. These sandwiches are easily worth $8 or $9 each, and they are an absolute steal at $7. Eat here. Be happy. End of story.

Great staff! Great food! Huge portions! We came here because we are in the mood for a really good sandwich and it did not disappoint. The food was extremely fast seating is limited because it is a smaller deli shop but we had two sandwiches and a pretzel and it was probably the best pretzel I’ve had and the bread is so fresh!

THE best deli I have ever visited! My husband and I are “foodies” and this place is uuhmazing! Yum. We are getting sandwiches to go as well!

The food was so good! I got the gluten free chub with no tomatoes or mayo but it came with lettuce, bacon, ham, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, and mayo. I have celiac and I did not get sick. There are a lot of gluten free options they can make for you. The gluten free food was made in a different area away from the non gluten free food so it was safe. The seating was nice but very small, the restrooms were outside. Service was very good everyone was kind. I was going to take a picture of my chub but it was so good I ate it all before I remembered to take a photo!

This was a great hidden gem! The sandwich portion was large, the flavor and texture was great. The homemade pretzels were fantastic - chewy and balanced saltiness... forgot to take a picture, but everything was delicious 😋. We will be back!

We have eaten here twice and really enjoyed it both times! The pretzel is wonderful..I definitely recommend it! The sandwiches are delicious and the portion size is very large. We will definitely eat here every time we visit this area..it's a gem!!

I can't believe I've lived in Pigeon Forge for most of my life and never heard of or eaten here before! This is a beautiful retro-style italian deli hidden right off the parkway, and their cheese steak was honestly better than the ones I remember from visiting Philadelphia with my family as a kid!!! By far the best sandwich shop around, and I can't wait to bring my grandma here so she can get a taste of home! If you're visiting Pigeon Forge, this is easily a must-try place for lunch.

The subs are so large we were able to share! The pretzel was a hit for the whole family! Made to order and quick service! The staff is amazing and even checked in with us about half way through our meal to see if we needed anything. A great little find hidden in the corner of the shopping plaza.

Husband and I stopped in to grab sandwiches for a picnic lunch in the park. We ordered 2 sandwiches but could have only ordered one and shared. They are huge! And so very good! The bread is great, the meats are delicious and flavorful and the toppings are fresh! Highly recommend. Also, the garlic parmesan pretzel was an added bonus!

I've lived here in this area my whole life and never have I ever tryed this place till now. Actually I didn't even know it was where it was tucked away back in a corner of a shopping center mall. A guest at my work was telling me about it a few days ago how they had eaten at this little sandwich shop and how wonderful it was. So I had to go and check it out for my self and let me tell you everything we ordered from the menu was 100% good. To some people it may seem alittle pricey but really it's not. And it is truly worth it. We will definitely be coming here more often for lunch. I would recommend trying this place at least once if you are ever in the area.

The best pretzels on Earth!! Hot & fresh! Absolutely amazing homemade breads. We tried the white bread fresh out of the oven and it was so incredible! But the best part was the owner and the staff! Such nice people and so kind to us. It was a blessing to go here.

It was our first time there and the staff is all very friendly. Suzy was/is amazing! She's extremely friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your meal is great. The Sandwiches are big, soup was very good and came out hot, and the pretzels are made to order. Thank you Suzy for making our meal that much better by your friendliness and caring. Will definitely be back!
