Wealth of knowledge

Georgina Hennen was very unprofessional in not letting us know she would not be our realtor. Passed us off to DOUG REECE which was more for the buyers and not for us the sellers. He did the best that he could and that was not enough. Georgina texted rude things about my neighbors that only was looking out for us since we had already moved. NO open house was ever done and when we terminated our listing she put our keys and gate opener in bird poop for someone to pick up. Plenty of other places without that. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Was on the market over 90 days.

I'm about to purchase a house in TX for my friend's daughter. The realtor that the daughter liked dissed me b/c I was holding the realtor (Leslie Melson) accountable to wishes that I (the buyer) wanted. Rather than working w/ me, she through this contract stuff at me; questioned whether I read the contract; and, she will hold me to the contract. She basically belittled and put me down as if I was dumb.

In addition, she recommended we have a three-way call with the daughter when I'm the one buying the house. Hello, am I missing something. So, she didn't like that and went directly to the daughter who then got all emotional and in tears & called her dad. Needless to say, the wonderful relationship we had is now on the fence b/c of this realtor.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY. Trust me, this is not going to be my last purchase and they lost a good customer.
