Always find something cute for my daughter. But the employees have no customer service skills at all. We shop at several small boutiques in town and the others have excellent customer service and are always happy to have our business.

Cute boutique and in a nice area but clothes are very poor quality. Bought two dresses, one had a zipper that broke and the other had a tear. Was not able to get the one with a broken zipper fixed. Will not be shopping here again!

Absolutely terrible!!! I bought a dress from there today and when I got home I realized it had a huge tear in it that I didn't see. I reached out for a refund and I was denied because their policy is store credit only. Which I absolutely understand when just returning an item but to receive a completely defective item, they should honor a refund. Any other time I have encountered this the boutique will refund me even if their policy is store credit because that is the right thing to do!! Never again will I go back. Terrible customer service. Shop Threads or Suede they are the BEST in town and will always do the right thing.

Super unhelpful!!! Absolutely rude behavior 2 blonde girls at the boutique they have no sense of how to serve customer service I really wanted to walk out without buying but the outfits are so beautiful I wanted to buy more but their faces was enough to tell me that they didn't like my presence.
Owner should take a look into this and hire someone who is passionate about people and their work as well. This is my fav boutique and I hate not to go there anymore.

Probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The only reason they are getting one star is because they really do have cute merchandise. However, the customer service is AWFUL. The girls are rude every single time I’ve been in there. I asked a simple question about their return policy and she answered in the rudest way possible with a very bad attitude.

My sister was visiting from out of town and we wanted to spend some girl time. Our plan was to go shopping at some local boutiques and then take cute pictures. While we were at merge we needed to find a different size and left the fitting room. The two employees one red head & other blonde, walked into the fitting room and said out loud, “oh my god, were they raised in a barn.” We weren’t done trying things on but to hear that because we stepped away since they weren’t helping is very unprofessional. Let alone completely terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate that was my sisters first experience was this. We didn’t need to shop at merge but we we’re excited too & just wanted to have a good day. We will not be returning back. If you’re new to the area, please save your time and energy and locate a boutique that cares about the quality of their customer service!

Terrible experience - went in to buy my wife a birthday present or two; within 3 days she went in and tried to exchange for another size- with my credit card, but no receipt was told NO! I will contest AmEx charge asap. Do not do business here.
