Our experience could not have been better from our shopping to the delivery. Eddie was very good to work with and knowledgeable of the inventory. He was very good at helping us find what we wanted while at the same time never being pushy. We actually went in the store looking for a recliner and wound up purchasing a recliner, loveseat, and sofa set and couldn't be happier. The delivery crew kept us informed of the delivery time and delivered everything in perfect condition. They were very polite and efficient in their work. I would definitely recommend Texas Leather Showroom.

My family and I had a flat tire and pulled into the parking lot of Leather Showroom. We were stranded in the July heat with our kids and Pablo welcomed us into his store, gave us water, and allowed us to rest and wait inside until our replacement came (well over an hour later). I will be purchasing something from his store not only because of his incredible hospitality but because they have some beautiful, one of a kind furnishings. Pablo was very knowledgeable about all the process we looked at, extremely helpful but not pushy. He gave us breakdowns on prices and got our order written up fast so we could get on our way. He answered questions via text when needed. We will definitely consider leather showroom again if needed in the future.

I love this store; we decided to by ourselves a quality leather product; after 2 years the leather looks even better with a settled glow; However, we experienced a bump and needed service on a mechanical part; we purchased the extended warranty, but due to incorrect verbiage on my part when I submitted the claim, the insurance company denied us service; I spoke with our guys at the store and they accommodated us 110%; we’ve bought leather furniture from commercially populate brands and always ended up disappointed; we finally did it right; I would highly recommend Leather Showroom San Antonio for their product and service; great job to Pablo and his team; Sincerely, Your Super Happy Forever Customers 👍🏼Thank you

We walked into this location on our way to another furniture store just to look around. We were greeted by Pablo Robles, instantly we felt a connection of warmth that was welcoming. He was knowledgeable on all of their products as we walked through the gallery. Pablo was a breathe of fresh air for us. The reason we were there in the first place was because of a bad experience at Star Furniture, where we canceled an order. Pablo was delightful, no pressure, just kind, knowledgeable and patient. Needless to say, we looked no further and placed our order with him the same day. Their furniture is beautiful, the warranty is outstanding. Pablo is just the one to bring the experience all together in a beautiful way.

No matter what you are looking for they can help you at the leather showroom. I have had well over 100 spine surgeries, sitting has always been an issue for me so we had look into custom which they also do.
We just received our couches and chairs and they far exceeded my expectations! Staff is truly there for you and will give you their undivided attention even for getting a payment. They are not pushy either. Pablo and his counterpart are truly amazing. Pablo being native to SA has been a life line for us transplants so much good info. Just amazing can't say enough good things about them all the way around! Strongly recommend especially if anyone else needing a couch or chair they can sit on for more than 1 second.

The staff at the Leather Store is one the most professional and customer service oriented staff I have ever encounter. The attention they give to each customer is extraordinary and very appreciated. Yes the furniture is great. Yes I feel the price was fair. What makes me want to give this 5star review was what happened after the sale. Once I received the furniture, I had an issue with the order as I approached Pablo I full expected a “song and dance” instead he stood behind his word and the store’s promise of great customer service. A person can buy nice furniture many places but is wonderful to know there are honest and trustworthy people at the Leather Showroom

Amazing selection and friendly staff!! My hubby and I came into the store looking for a futon and walked out with a living room set. Pablo, the salesman who helped us, was not pushy and really listened to us to pinpoint our needs. He took the time to explain the differences in quality and configuration, which helped us in making our decision. We are in love with our luxurious leather furniture and definitely recommend this store and Pablo to anyone looking for furniture.

Just finished renovating my parent's home built in the late '60's in March of this year. I spent 4 months looking at every single furniture store in San Antonio for the right "look". Could not find it. Spent more than 80 hours looking on-line with pretty much the same result. Stopped by the Leather Showroom during their Memorial Day sale and clearance and found the perfect style, but not the perfect color. Pablo Robles showed me around and I promised to make it back before the sale ended with my daughter, the design police of my family. We went in and within an hour or so had picked out the PERFECT color from the Natuzzi swatches. I took my board with my paint color and tile samples. I was able to pick out my husband's chair, my chair and the chairs for the breakfast seating area. All were reasonably priced. Delivery was going to take awhile as it was a custom order. Had I not bought from Leather Showroom, I would probably still be beating the pavement. It was expected to be delivered in October, however, Pablo called 2 days before my birthday and said it had arrived early. The delivery was made the next day by two capable young men who were careful, polite, efficient and helpful in putting the furniture in place. The quality of the furniture is unmatched by anything I have seen at all the stores; the leather and finish are amazing. I don't think I have ever bought anything that easy before. Thank you, Pablo, for educating me on the leathers, the styles, and for your many helpful ideas without the pressure, just the facts. Everyone who has seen it, has loved it, too. I would highly recommend the Leather Showroom.
