Always used MECOP when living in the Linden area. TN rates sure beat NY rates by a long shot. They have an easy pay drive thru for your convenience. Good Service !

I don't understand how it is legal to shut someone's electric during the winter season and they're 84 yrs old. I'm not happy and I will find a way for this to never happen again to another senior citizen.

I've been waiting over 26 weeks to get ml connect the women in the office act like they know something but then they tell you completely different time frames and they're pretty smug and short in their answers I've been in my own business for 30 years when you tell the customer something stand by what you tell him or just don't say anything at all. And don't tell me that you guys paid for the trenching you're providing a service you going to start charging for every time you flush the toilet if you're going to complain about the trenching then why you guys in the business because you make money

Worst customer service ever extremly rude will not help with anything. The people working there dont mind lieing either, tried to use there program for a new hot water heater. I was told I could the week I bought it, then when I tried to obtain a credit to my account said they discountinued the program. Though its still on there website very dissapointed in this company.

A poorly ran and managed energy service that doesn't even control their own services and are unable and unwilling to help.
