Quality Building Supply

We are using QBS for our home construction. We live in NC so we are out of their building area but we did a kit with them. Dave was our salesman. Dave has great customer service, always prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. He helped arrange our meeting with the designer Jobe and John the engineer. He made the process so easy! He sent us samples of the metal siding we wanted to see as well as a few he thought we would like too.

We placed our kit order on 4/5. Our trusses was delivered 5/10 and our kit on 5/14 so 5 weeks later which is incredible. The delivery drivers for the trusses and kit were so friendly and great at what they do. The truss driver and the kit driver all made contact with us the day prior and the day of delivery. Ed delivered our trusses. He was very professional and did a great job. Cody and “Donkey” delivered our kit a few days later. They make a great team. They kept us updated on their estimated arrival time because we are about 7 hours away from them. They unloaded everything, sat it where we wanted it, covered it in plastic, and covered our doors and windows to keep the rain off.

Everything you need for exterior and interior framing/dry in is included. The quality of the materials is excellent. We are so happy we found, and chose Quality Building Supply for our home.

So far, we are 100% satisfied with Quality Building Supply. We found a mobile home floor plan we liked. We made some room changes to the plan, and had Quality draw us up a floor plan if the house we want. We are just waiting for the Soring rains to be over, then we will start the build. The prices have been reasonable for what we want.

UPDATE!!!! We are ready to build, using the plans that Joey drew up for us, but we have hit a snag. The contract showed white windows, and we wanted Black. I contacted David, and he was going to charge us an extra $2400 to change 7 windows to black. I think that is way too much, so we are currently looking at another supplier.

Great crew! I ordered a pretty simple 24x24 and it took them 1 work day to build it from the ground up! I got to choose the color which turned out so beautiful and the price was WELL under what other contractors had quoted me. I would recommend Quality Building Supply to anyone needing a beautiful, quality structure.

QBS has done multiple homes for me, they always make sure that the customer is happy! Will always do business with these guys!

Jeff and his team are such amazing people! We absolutely love our home, the process was smooth and the time line from start to finish was only a few months. Communication was great I never had a question left unanswered and we even received a sweet gift afterwards. Highly recommend this wonderful company!

We have really enjoyed working with Jeff and Derek at Quality. They have been very professional and helpful. Their facility is top notch and they went out of their way several times to answer any questions we had during the duration of our build. We plan to use them again on future projects.

I can't say enough good things about Quality Building Supply. We first had them out a few years ago to build my shop. They did a great job and the build was quick. After seeing the quality of work they did, my dad had them build a shop for himself.

For us it was an easy choice on who we would have build our home when the time came and QBS knocked it out of the park for us a 3rd time! Now, building a custom home is a lot different than building a shop, we had a few setbacks with weather and delivery schedules but that was where we really saw Jeff and his crew shine. They took every setback in stride and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. I felt sorry for some of the the difficult weather these guys had to contend with to get our job done but I never heard a complaint from anyone on the crews.

For anyone looking to have a structure built in their service area, don't overlook these guys! They are excellent. Thanks again for helping us build our dreams!

Quality just built our 30 X 60 pole barn. We had a very positive experience with Dave and the cement and building contractors. We would most definitely use them again in the future.

The knowledge of Adam and Joey as they have helped us has been a blessing in making our dream home a reality. We look forward to the process as we continue.
