Low income based housing. Apartments and grounds themselves are decent. Supposed to be a smoke free community but people smoke and leave their cigarette butts all over and in the walk ways, dogs without leashes are allowed to roam the grounds, no management on site, someone comes a couple times a week for a couple hours. No calls or texts returned when there’s a problem. No soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs apartments, can hear everything above you. Fighting and/or yelling goes on at all hours, trash is left to overflow and animals drag it around complex, people just throw bags next to dumpster. Could be a nice place if the company cared about its community, enforced its own rules, and had a manager on site.

I been calling for two weeks leaving voicemail no one answers or calls back. I’m just trying to live here I can’t imagine if you had a maintenance request

Town in Tennessee

Linden is a town in and the county seat of Perry County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,015 at the 2000 census and 908 at the 2010 showing a loss of 107. Linden was officially incorporated in 1850. Linden is served by Perry County Airport, located 3.5 miles to the southwest. Linden is named after the Thomas Campbell poem, "The Battle of Hohenlinden." Linden, Texas was in turn then named after the Tennessee town. source
