Matthew was amazing, offered us space, very helpful and courteous.
Definitely made us feel welcome and at home. Would definitely recommend him to anybody that needed help finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home.

Needed an over-the-range microwave with push button door feature due to our gas range. Badcocks offered the Amana microwave I needed but did not have stainless steel finish in stock. They ordered it and it arrived in a few days. Picked it up and installed it thanks to helpful instructions. Happy with price and features of microwave.

In the market for a laptop computer and shelf space for my home office and the salespeople at Badcock Columbia, TN were very helpful in assisting me in choosing a laptop and accent shelf...The store was well laid out and the sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did not put pressure on me to buy anything. I am very happy with my ACER Aspire 3, 17-inch screen laptop and the Ashley Accent shelf. Thanks Badcock of Coolumbia, TN!

Bought 3 recliners and a reclining loveseat. Also bought the warranties. Had to use my Warranty. Brad ( their service guy) came out to the house and did a repair. Very friendly and efficient. Happy Customer! This is officially my go to furniture store.😀 Manager and staff are nice as well.

GREAT service from the team here, came in around 630-700 and had a couch and love seat purchased and scheduled for delivery the next day. They moved many things to fit our schedule.
Delivery drivers were excellent.

Gracie was so helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet as can be! She answered all of our questions and was never pushy! We recommend her if you are looking to buy some furniture.

After a Hiccup on a fireplace we purchased. David and Charles stepped up and provided outstanding customer service, they went far and beyond what had been expected. I will continue to work with David on my future need. You guys really know how to keep a customer.

I came in looking for a new bed to replace my old damaged one and Ramirez helped me find everything I needed. She had great customer service and was very nice. Would definitely send more people her way.

We were able to test out every couch without high pressure. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable but not like a car salesman. The young lady who assisted us with the credit app and setting up delivery was wonderful as well. Columbia is a small town atmosphere whereas people treat customers with respect. I know I could have saved a few bucks going online but why? I work hard for my money and really enjoy a great experience. I have shopped with Badcocks a few years ago in Clermont, FL. They were equally nice. THAT's why I came back not because they sell leftovers in a warehouse three states away. I also scheduled a delivery date where they will deliver and setup my furniture for me. No waiting for UPS to drop it at the bottom of the stairs and say Have fun with that!! I recommend Babcock to anyone who needs furniture or other home goods.

I had 5 spine surgeries and going to have a shoulder replacement. Was recommended to get a seat lift chair. Found one model in your store that could adjust to where i didn't have pain.

Went in and was given the freedom to look around as I please without an annoying sales person. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock but it was in their stock book. We were able to get everything we wanted under budget. We were given a delivery date and time. The guys showed up before expected. They went above and beyond.
