El Potrillo Mexican Restaurant

Food was really tasty but the steak was overcooked. Ordered medium rare and received it well done. However, the food was still good enough to to enjoy. Prices are really reasonable and staff is friendly and attentive. There is a 3% charge to pay with a card and parking is limited but all in all would definitely recommend 👌🏽

This is by far my favorite Mexican Restaurant. Their food is always delicious and well worth the money. All employees are always nice, courteous, and make sure you are always waited on.

The food was great. I've been there 3 times now and every time has been great food. I highly recommend the chicken cheese and rice add chorizo. Very, very good.

Out of Towner. Really small place but great atmosphere. Big menu. Really friendly staff. Server was on their game. Our drinks were never empty. Good was amazing. Best I've had in a while! Highly recommend.

We enjoy going here whenever we visit Reelfoot Lake....this is one of our favorites. The food is always excellent and very reasonable!

Great food great prices. We just walked in and we're not expecting to be wowed. Jesus was great took care of us brought us delicious food. The best chili relleno I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection served hot and season just right. Hi Patricia says the fajitas were exquisite. This will be a regular stop whenever we're in the neighborhood and will probably go out of the way just to come by and have a meal.

The service was amazing! I didn't have to wait long to get my drink, my food, or my to go box. I HIGHLY recommend this place! The food is so good that I get food from there either every week, or every other week, if possible.

Everytime I eat I feel like I'm getting ripped off at every single other Mexican restaurant. A full-size thing of steak fajitas not the lunch size is only 10.99!!!! The only real downside I can say this place is be careful in the middle of the restaurant there's a slight ramp in the floor that's easy to trip on

Food was well prepared. The vegetables with my fajita were not cooked to death like other places. Waiters were excellent. Prices were good. Service was good. I'd definitely recommend it and I would eat there again.

This place has excellent food, prices, and waiters. My family has been eating here since it opened and I must say that the food quality has continually gotten better--unlike how alot of restaurants seem to go down after establishing. Very nice staff, it's like visiting old friends rather than just going out to eat. Would recommend to anyone.

Was one of the best Mexican food I have had and we eat Mexican a least once a week . Would highly recommend. Service was great.portions were a good size.

Me and my family came down from Michigan and we are vegan/vegetarians. We usually can’t find many good options even in our home town and when we do, it’s usually expensive.

This restaurant was referred to us by a couple family members here in TN so we decided to try it out.

We arrived and the place was empty, usually not a good sign. We walk in and the decor and dim lighting were very inviting, and the waiter greeted us immediately. We chose a booth and sat down.

Before we could say “tamale” a big basket of fresh chips and salsa were put on the table in front of us, a nice surprise considering we were starving. Drinks were served immediately and the order only took less than 10 minutes.

We got the enchiladas, beans, and the chalupa with tomatoes, guacamole, and lettuce. The plate was huge, which was also a nice surprise, considering the humble price tag of $6.99. I never could have imagined a dish so simple could taste so different compared to other restaurants we’ve gone to.

Everything was great, we were asked if we needed refills, if everything tasted all right, everything was just pleasant.

Do not pass this restaurant up, I really wish I had a restaurant like this back in Michigan, so the locals here in Tiptonville TN really have a diamond in the rough in my opinion.
