I take my kids here and they are the best! Fast, friendly, caring providers and staff. They are very thorough with test. I would recommend them to anyone.

They saved my life by detecting my need for an infectious disease expert and making an appointment for the next working day.
The service is faster than other local doctors who require appointments.

The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional including lots of medical knowledge. Way to go girls! Thank you so much.

I took my sick child there yesterday. The female that seen my child failed to give her name and only told me she was a NP, she looked at my child for a total of two seconds and sent us on our way. The Prescription my son was sent in, has Dr. GRIFFIN,CONNIE on it! My son was NEVER seen by Connie! I'm pretty sure the female that seen my child was a nurse there. I'm one passed off mom.

The Front Desk Just Called Twice!!
Randomly less then a hour after this post the front desk of the Walk in
Clinic called asking to speak to my wife. They said "I've been making these calls before your husband put his post up on Google." which seems to scream the opposite given they had not called since a week ago. Yet here we are a mere 42 minutes in to my post. She actually asked my wife at the end of her act of compasion to have us take the post down. She then told my wife that they weren't even her PCP. ON THE PHONE WITH THE STATE BOARD RIGHT NOW.
ITS CALLED THE FIRST AMENDMENT AND MY WIFE AND I WILL NOT TAKE THIS POST DOWN.

Connie is o.k. and seems to care. HOWEVER, buy and large the rest of the support staff is severely lacking. My wife has these guys has her PCP, yet every time they ask her "Who is your PCP?". As if that isn't bad enough she has a whole host of lower back problems and for some reason they can never seem to properly schedule her specialist appointments, they have even tried to set her up with another PCP when they were supposed to be scheduling a neurologist appointment, (she had a seizure during a spinal pain shot. The Dr. had no idea that she had seizures!?!? {its called medical records ppl} and we had told all the staff several times.) Even now its like pulling teeth to get anyone, front reception staff to do their job. When my wife told Miss. Connie of the issues, she simply looked down and shook her head, then told us, I know, their is nothing i can do about it darling. My mother had a name for outfits like this. QUACKS
It amazes me everyday at the level of unprofessional-ism kept at the helm of this organization. Your patients are the only reason you have a job. How about doing your job because you want to help people. Not basing your smile off their insurance cards. The level of medical treatment and professionalism should not change from insurance to insurance. The fact is you get paid from the time we sign in{yes in the waiting room} until we get discharged. All the same as any other method of payment. This would be a lesson that this practice should take to heart. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT A STAR IS ONLY TO POST THIS.
