Wonderful brisket and ribs, no sauce needed they are amazing when the come off the smoker.

First when you walk in the door, you're greeted by the lovely smell of wood smoke, and the friendliest staff you'll ever meet in your life! The owners name is Willie, super friendly guy! I've only had their brisket sandwich, baked beans, Cole slaw and fried pickles, but everything was out of this world delicious! My wife had their burger, and fries, and again super delicious! Their brisket melts in your mouth, the pulled pork that was in my baked beans, was perfectly done! Their sauces are amazing, perfect balance of sweet and spicy! Everything had an amazing flavor! It was what you call "Rib sticking good!" I've never fallen in love with a restaurant, a restraunts food, or their staff. But this is the first time I can truly say that has changed! I've never driven 9.5 hours for food, but I would definitely drive back down here just to get barbeque! You really couldn't ask for any better of a place! So if you're ever in Linden Tennessee, stop by and get some of their amazing food! You'll thank me!

Best BBQ around, hands down. Brisket is perfect and ribs were very good, fried pickles and homestyle chips are scrumptious. About the only thing I could say I didn't like was the vinegar style BBQ, but that's personal preference, I still used it and it was alright, just not the thick and rich Kansas city style I like. Definitely will be coming here more often!

If you haven't eaten here yet, you are missing out! There's nothing on the menu that isn't delicious, and I've tried it all because I eat there every chance I get. The service is fast and friendly, the restaurant is clean, and as I said, the food is amazing!

Town in Tennessee

Linden is a town in and the county seat of Perry County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,015 at the 2000 census and 908 at the 2010 showing a loss of 107. Linden was officially incorporated in 1850. Linden is served by Perry County Airport, located 3.5 miles to the southwest. Linden is named after the Thomas Campbell poem, "The Battle of Hohenlinden." Linden, Texas was in turn then named after the Tennessee town. source
