I've never had another hardware store BEAT them on price or Service.. if you need it they probably have it... I bought some materials for my project and they BEAT the other hardware store in town by 300.00 and they had no idea about the price I had gotten down the road.. GOOD PEOPLE... They are BIG ENOUGH TO SERVE YOU AND SMALL ENOUGH TO KNOW YOU.. BUCKY WAYNE..

Well... let me tell about Dacus Hardware in Waverly. Being new to town and interested in finding a place to help with my handyman habit, I saw the sign and went in. These folks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A big plus is if they don't know the answer (rare) they will say so and work hard to find the answer for you. The paint dept. is excellent. Nuts and bolt are very good and they have an impressive assortment of offerings for a moderately sized store. Again the folks that work there are all friendly and knowledgeable and were quick of offer the names of service providers in the area that have all proved to be great!!
So in a nutshell, this is a great place for your hardware needs!!!

New to the area and needed a couple things they had exactly what we needed. For a hardware store I didn't expect it to be so clean and organized. Although prices a bit high on some items, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Dacus hardware has had everything I've needed to date. I think their well stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable about the items they sell.

Nice hometown hardware store. Small but generally has the majority of what I need including some things that the box stores dont always have. Good service and nice folks.

Helpful assistance, isles are in order, labeled easy to find what need. Not over stocked isles are clear. Parking is easy access. Can see from Hwy 70.
