Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbia

We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean. The staff was delightful, especially Tanya, the housekeeper. She was awesome! We wanted to stay longer. They had all the amenities for a disabled person to shower and get around the room. The wafflehouse next door had great food and was convenient.

Check in /out was fine.
Close to interstate, a little noise. Room was clean and bathroom. Hotel smelled clean.
I felt safe staying there.

I'm so glad we decided to spend more to stay here. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and has one of the nicest showers that I've ever seen in a hotel. My son enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast that we've ever had; waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, and more.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and a great stay. The thing that made this place so special were the people. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled with our granddaughters and the staff went out of their way to make them feel special. Since we have close family near by and need a place to stay often, we will definitely be back.

Got some help from Debbie to get me there thanks to severe weather in that area, then Debbie gave me a great room once I arrived. Nice, clean, well appointed rooms, big fluffy towels, and a super comfy bed. Great port in a storm. Will definitely return bad weather or not since they had enough extra parking to accommodate my vehicle with towed trailer unlike 2 other brand name hotels nearby with skimpy parking.

It was so good we’re booking it again! Close to good restaurants.

Erin was kind, helpful, and courteous at the front desk. She checked us in and answered any questions we had with a smile. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Highly recommend!

I choose this hotel when in the area. My room was quiet. Bathroom is spacious with good shower. Breakfast is included with the rate.

I made a mistake and reserved the wrong room type for our group of 5. They were very nice in helping me get a larger room and they were very nice and pleasant about it. The hotel was very neat and clean. Had a great nights sleep. Highly recommended.

I should live in a bubble. I am allergic and sensitive to everything. My stay here was completely wonderful. I exercise in the stairwells because I can't stand workout rooms. I didn't even see a speck of dust in either stairwell! This was a very clean, comfortable place to spend the night. I don't have one complaint about this place, and I complain about everything! It costs a little more than the other places, but it is worth every penny. Please keep up the great work.

By far the best hotel staff I have ever met, anywhere at any hotel! From the moment we arrived and over the course of our stay, the lobby staff was absolutely amazing!

One employee really stood out, though. Her name is Daisica and she was literally one of the nicest people my wife and I have ever met. She happily greeted us when we walked in the door and after quickly getting us checked in, she spent 15 to 20 minutes, just chatting with us. She is a beautiful soul and truly an asset to the Fairfield Inn and the entire Marriott chain! Her attitude is infectious and if you could bottle it up and sell it, you'd make millions! We quickly found out over the remainder of our stay, that the rest of the hotel staff is equally amazing, so maybe it's just true "Southern Hospitality" at its best.

We look forward to our next stay and cannot recommend this the hotel high enough!

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Even with COVID restrictions they made sure our very picky grandson had something for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful and modern hotel room. The room itself had both a microwave and a mini fridge. The breakfast consisted of eggs bacon four kinds of cereal bagels muffins a waffle machine plus much more. The pool area was nice. The rooms were clean and odor free. The entire hotel look very modern. I will definitely stay here again.

Booked our room online 5 minutes before we arrived, super easy on the website. From the first moment we stepped in until we left, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was really good! We'd definitely stay here again!

I was here for a business meeting with someone who was a guest here. We used the lobby/breakfast area. It was very clean and organized; decor was modern and minimal (not too busy). Restrooms were very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional. We sat at a booth and were able to have the meeting there instead of a conference room. The fire alarms did go off several times and were extremely loud, but a company was there testing the alarms and we were given warning by the front desk that alarms were being tested. Overall, it was a very productive meeting and a wonderful location for such.

It's a bit older and it shows a little, but they take pride in keeping it as up to par as possible. Our room was VERY clean and the staff is super friendly. I will be happy to stay here again in the future

My family and I stayed here mothers day weekend and we were very happy with our stay. Every employee from the front desk to the housekeepers was friendly and very curitous. The rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast options were fantastic, pool and exercise room were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I meet.
