Best Western Spring Hill Inn & Suites

I don't normally like Best Westerns but this one is definitely an exception! So clean, great service, easy location, quiet and the room was great. Bed was comfortable, couldn't hear traffic at all. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was nice. I just loved how clean it was! My only complaint was the parking lot. Not alot of room.

Stayed here a week ago, for my nephew's high school Graduation Party.
The were clean, even the beds in our room had clean sheets. We both slept well.

The location of this hotel was great not far from where we had to go.

The staff here were very courteous and friendly.

My wife and I would stay there again.

Their breakfast is awesome!

This hotel felt like home. The people that work here seem to take care of guests as if they were in their own home. The breakfast was very nice too. When in the area I will definitely stay here.

Better than expected

This hotel was a great surprise! Nice and comfortable and clean, and with an amazing breakfast! My boyfriend and I ended up at this hotel by accident. we used the app Hopper (an Expedia app - I do NOT recommend it) to book a hotel for one night just outside Nashville. When we got to the place where we thought we had a room booked, it was full - the app was selling rooms that didn't exist. After two hours, we were re-booked at this Best Western in Spring Hill. At first, I was bummed.... we had to drive further out of town... but then it turned out that this hotel was a very, very nice place to stay. We arrived after 3 am and were given a very big suite. Old, 80s styling, but the best of all that... a huge jacuzzi tub, French doors, windows that went down to the floor almost, a King bed in a giant room. Everything was functional and clean and pleasant. I set an alarm to get to the free breakfast before it ended at 9 am and was again pleasantly surprised - eggs, French toast sticks, biscuits, gravy, sausage... plus all the usual pastries, cereal, etc. It was delish! The hotel also accommodated us with a very late check-out since they knew we were exhausted by having arrived so late the night before (Hopper's fault!). The staff of this Best Western were wonderful at every turn. I would very much recommend this place.

Smells very clean when entering, rooms were very clean & had lots of room. Staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast layout in the morning was really nice as well. Will be staying here again this week for the last buisness trip to TN for the year.

Always nice here. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, good location. I could do without the taxes added on to room rates, but I guess that’s everywhere.

Great hotel. Kim was an amazing front desk person. Very friendly and personable. If we are ever this way again, we will definitely be staying here.

Staff was wonderful, rooms are a nice. Bed was too soft, not the best nights sleep. Overall though, great stay!

Quick trip to visit friends. We were very happy with out stay. Arrived a little early but our room was ready and we were able to get checked in which was very helpful since we had an infant with us. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat and shop near the hotel. The breakfast included was the usual but was good. They offered self-prepared pancakes as well as eggs, sausage, oatmeal and bagels/toast/cereal. We will stay here on our next trip to Spring Hill, TN.

My husband and I came down to visit our family for a week. We stayed at this hotel and was satisfied and loved everything about it.
The free breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and cleaned everyday by the staff. The front desk was a wealth of information. I would stay here again.

Excellent location. I live in the area, but doing a home remodel which required an overnight stay for a few nights. It is an older hotel, but has been nicely updated and clean. Excellent value, I have stayed at other hotels in the area for twice the price and I would consider this comparable. If you're hesitant about staying at a hotel that has exterior room doors, you will be very comfortable here. The parking lot is very well lit and no dark stairwells. While it is directly off interstate the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend!

Nice clean place. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, comfy beds, and a great breakfast.We will definitely be making this place, the hotel we use, when coming to visit family. One of the better hotel experiences. I would recommend this place to anyone.

(Stayed May 6-7) This is a very very beautiful hotel and property. The inside smelt really good on arrival front desk worker morning and afternoon were amazing. Room keys did not work when we first arrived but the did fix it. The room has very high ceilings and comfortable beds. Bathroom has a heat lamp and that was so amazing. Bathroom could use some renovations but you know it was still good. Pool is closed and the fitness/meetings centers are locked. The breakfast was very good with lots of great options (my favorite is the pancake machine). Overall, I give this hotel an amazing 5 stars.

Overall satisfaction level was very high. This was our first stay at a BW property...very pleasantly surprised with the room size, the overall cleanliness of the facility, and the breakfast experience. Will definitely stay at a BW property again and recommend it very favorably.

This is an older hotel that is kept in good condition. It is always clean, the pool is great, and the staff is extremely accommodating.

We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years and have always had a good experience.

For value, comfort, location - this is the place!

This is my 2nd stay this year at the BW in Spring Hill. Our first stay was for a funeral and the 2nd for a wedding. We had the option of another hotel with other family but chose to stay at this facility again because of the first stay.

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the hotel is convenient.

The breakfast area is clean, the food is fresh and variety is good.

This was a lovely place to stay. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with many options to create a quick or wonderful meal. We will stay there again.

Each BW has been better than the last. This one is a must stay. An amazing breakfast: ftesh brewed coffee and more than one would want. The breakfast room is bright and many tables for two. It's comfortable not like others that are so warm one can't wait to get done.
Sue chkd us in promptly and cheerfully when the owner showed up just as welcoming and praising his employees with appreciation.
We highly recommended this place to our family anf friends.
Even thou our room was next to the reception, we never heard a sound. Well insullated room and comfortable. Refrig was bigger than usual along with a micro and coffee make. Exhaust fan actually worked in the bathroom, quality drapery and all updates.
