I, for the life of me, cannot figure out why anyone would complain about a gas station convenience store. This place is more than just decent, it's pretty awesome! Convenient, well stocked and the food they make here is amazing. I would much rather eat lunch from here instead of any other local fast food place!!! Keep up the great work! you have a great group of people working there!

In my view just found out the owner family has come down with the virus and they are walking around the store not keeping there employees safe. No no dividers on the cash registers no dividing in the drive-through window no six feet apart just not taking the steps to be safe. I'm afraid to go in there now because I found out his family the owner has coronavirus right now I would not suggest going in there until they put up safety measures with their employees and their constituents. I'm sure they'll do something I would hope the owner and his family would go to a 14-day quarantine to keep everybody safe if they tested positive for the coronavirus. As a concerned citizen I think something should be done about this. Like calling the health department. Here in Pulaski Tn. And I as a customer always go in there but now I don't want go in there until safety measures are put in place with the customers and the employees I'm just concerned for my health and well-being as I'm concerned for the well-being and health of the employees.

Previously had a great experience with the staff and manager I recently noticed that they're 18 and 19 -*(EDIT~ Youngest employee selling alcohol is 16 confirmed)*- year old staff selling alcohol. Today I was accused of prohibiting alcohol to a minor who occasionally walks into the store with me. When she was asked to provide ID (by a 17 year old selling alcohol at the register) around 2 months ago alongside her grandfather who was making a purchase, she refused to step back in the store since. Today I was accused of walking in with the same girl yesterday and denied service any further If I were to have her in my company while I walked in the store. Although no other non customers are required to prove identification. And the upmost unprofessional part is it wasn't approached as if it were a policy and all patrons must have ID checked, the woman said to me "I know you're buying alcohol for that minor, and next time I see you two im denying you service."
I once really enjoyed the store with its flaws like never getting the correct drink in the drive-through and all. But that shift manager was just out of line.
*ALSO* The pictures of the food aren't legit, ive never seen them with something that edible, let alone any food freshly cooked.

Customer service is taken as a joke. Or at least I hope It's entertaining someone. Shopped here every day several times a day. The underage employees they have selling alcohol is embarrassing especially when being denied beer when it's a small town I literally am known by everyone on 2nd or 3rd shift. I refused to spend another cent until they got new management.
Well not 6months later under new management another minor denying beer (2 or 3 singles not a case or two) because I didn't have my ID. Manager was there they NEVER ID on any occasion, I had shown my ID and purchased cigarettes hours beforehand.
I understand rules are rules but if I frequent so often ID isn't necessary, and your underage employee that is denying my purchase can't legally handle the alcohol nor distribute it, and team lead or whomever sent me on my way refusing sale.

Do not go thru the drive thru you will not get your debit card back. Because the lady in drive thru faild tp hand me my card after my 15$ transaction I'm now without lunch and gas all day. I understand people make mistakes but make it right when I called to make sure my card was there the manager was very rude and didn't even try to do anything to make it right because they failed to return my debit card. Way to on customer service skills and great way to earn customers. And breakfast is a joke I got a egg cheese biscut the egg was raw and slimy to bad I can't post a picture of how gross it was but I'm returning it when I pick up my card.
