Prompt with refills. Explain new script clearly. Never feel uncomfortable about asking questions.

Sometimes great; sometimes very very irresponsible. I've received good service. I've also received bad. The person I dealt with last to fix a problem was wonderful, but there shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. They gave me a medication I'm allergic to, even though it is clearly listed in my allergy list. They also gave me half the dose of a medication I was receiving. These sorts of mistakes could kill someone, especially if they weren't as aware as I was.
So... Mixed review from me. The downsides seem pretty severe.

Never when prescriptions are ready via text email or phone call. Get ll the way out there sometimes aren't filled. Always day Online filling portal is to blame. Hard to get anyone to answer that phone.

The pharmacy line and wait times are ridiculous. The line for thr pharmacy needs to run more efficiently. It's ridiculous that you have to wait a minimum 40 minutes before you even get to the single window. Would be nice if there was 2 lanes for the pharmacy or having a runner go get the names in lines and maybe hand delivery the medications. The line for the pharmacy should not be acceptable to be so long that it is not even in the parking lot
