Urban Lash and Nail Spa

I visited Urban Lash and Nail Spa for a much needed pedi, boy was I in heaven!!! The process was wonderful but that leg and foot massage was the best I’d ever experienced!!! I will be returning and telling everyone I know how great my experience was.

Just had the nicest Girls day outing! We started out at Urban Nails and Lash! We did call ahead because 4 of us wanted pedicures and some with manicure. They were very accommodating and always so friendly. I always ask for Kelly, because she gives great foot massage. Just a very nice atmosphere. I will be back and everyone in our group was pleased. Thank you

I LOVE this place! Went here for the first time and was right to trust the process, because these turned out amazing. Ivy and Jimmy were both very kind staff members that did me and my friends nails. Definitely recommend

We had the best experience today at Urban Lash and Nail Spa! It was a girls day with my mom and daughter. They took care of all three of us, listening to what we wanted and our nails look great! We all had mani/pedis! My mom is a regular and they always treat her fantastic. This is definitely our go-to nail place.

I've been coming to Urban Lash and Nail Spa for a couple years and have experienced the change in ownership. I know that can be hard for many clientele who have been here for a long time and add staff changes - it's hard. If this is you, please keep reading.

Most of you may or may not know who Scott is, he's the new owner. He's also the one that usually answers the phone & is up front, he can be a little reserved, but he absolutely LOVES his business and is working hard to make it a place that everyone loves and wants to come back to time after time.

I will say, my first visit here when it was the old owners was not good at all, my nails lifted & were breaking off in less than a week. Know what I did? I called and asked for the owners. I explained what was happening and asked for them to fix my nails, I was polite and respectful when communicating so that they could understand what happened. We figured out my nail beds are wide & flat and the nail technician just needed to adjust their technique. Ever since I know to communicate with the person doing my nails that they lift easily to make sure they are great! I can regularly wear my nails for 3-4 weeks with no issues now and I'm pretty rough. Of course there will still be one here & there that doesn't make it. But we're human and not perfect.

If you have any issues with a service, please tell Scott as soon as possible - especially if you haven't left yet. It's his responsibility as an owner to train & manage his staff. He won't know who needs improvement if you as a customer don't let him know.

Came in with my wife today. Had the pleasure of having Ivy as my nail girl. She did a great job on my nails and the hand massage afterwards was amazing.
The conversation was great and my over all experience was awesome.
It's my understanding they are under new ownership, So I will add that the place was clean and organized and nothing to complain about.
They were also playing some good music as well.
I definitely will be coming back.

I’ve been going to Urban Lash & Nail Spa in Celina for the past 8 months & the past two times I’ve had the BEST experience!

Last night I found out there is a NEW OWNER, Ivy, and she is amazing!

She did my nails last time, remembered my name, conversations we had, and exactly how I like my nails (I’m extremely particular) 🙃♥ Ivy emphasizes quality over time!

These past two set of nails have been by far the best, the mood & energy of the salon is upbeat, there are new nail techs, & overall A MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Oh! And they have updated their Gel Collection to a higher quality line 👏🏼🙌🏼

Out of tower here and first time to use Urban Lash and I could not be happier with my nails, He did beautifully on these! They entire staff was friendly, everyone spoke to me and wished wonderful holidays. I will go back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have always had my nails done this way and am so happy I found a new shop that delivered. After going to the same person for 12 years, I’m happy I found Ivy. Beautiful clean shop with top notch customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

Started going here a few months ago and love the owner. She did and amazing job on my nails. Staff is friendly.

I walked in without an appointment and was seated right away. My nails needed to have the old dipping powder removed and new put on. I was taken care of by Ivy, the new owner. She listened when I stated my nail preferences (length, shape, thickness, etc) and did a perfect job of giving me exactly what I asked for. She was friendly, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely go back to this salon when it is time to get my nails redone. It sure beats the drive to the salon I used before moving to Celina from McKinney! Ivy is the new owner and she is absolutely FABULOUS! I won’t let anyone else do my nails. She always does a FANTASTIC job! I always walk out a very happy customer. She ordered new and AMAZING colors which is a bonus! She is kind, professional, accommodating and sweet. Her employees are just as kind and do a great job as well. I HIGHLY recommend her shop. You won’t be disappointed and will want to definitely go back!

I got a new set of nails with Kelly . She is the BEST ! I highly recommend her . Very friendly .

Update: Now owned by another person. Hal is no longer there, she opened her own place in Plano. I no longer go here now that Hal is gone but I can't speak for the salon now that I no longer go and have no idea what it's like now.

I have been going there for over a year, every 2 weeks. I always see Hal, she is very fast and does a great job! (30 min to remove and put on NexGen) They are always happy to see me and remember things I've shared with them... The only bad experience (keep in mind every two weeks for over a year!) was ONCE - a pedicure and she (don't know who it was) cut skin on my big toe and it hurt for quite some time. I love going to Urban Lash and Nail and they do not do shotty work or use shotty supplies.

Great experience, fast service, and nails look amazing. Will definitely be back again.
