The shop manager, Ashley, helped me with a quote to fix my car on a Saturday afternoon and made the appointment for me to bring it in Monday at 11 am. I could only schedule the tow for first thing and when I got there around 9 am, Chad and Ashley took me in early, listened to my explanation of what happened, and my budget constraints. Chad diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, worked up the new estimate, and installed the new water pump. He was also kind enough to advise me of a tire that needed critical replacement, and Ashley checked to see if one was in stock. All in all, the crew got me back on the road with enough left in the budget to go get 2 new tires. This is the 2nd time this shop has come through for me in addition to great oil changes and I will keep coming back! Thank you so much!

Amazing people and service. They give flowers out or used to, to all the women that come through. They are sweet and welcoming. There are lines and it does take time. But it is worth it for great service and amazing workers. I always loved to sit in the car and feel the oil running out of the car. It was a fascinating thing to see and hear as a kid who loved to watch the macanics at work. People here do their best job possible, and help you with all your problems. I recommend them and hope you try their service.

Hands down nicest people I have ever dealt with. I took my Jeep there for an alignment because they had the best price in town. I was shocked with the customer service. I talked to 5-6 people and all of them were extremely professional and looked happy to be there. I highly recommend going here!

I had an issue this morning with my battery needing to be jumped then I went to Lighting Lube for an oil change and my car died in the parking lot. They nicely jumped my car again. Then actually had a battery they could put in my car and changed my oil. The staff member Greg was so nice to spend time having to scrap off the battery corrosion for abt 45 min to an hour. Joe and John and Calvin and one more guy I didn't get his name were all great and friendly. So glad I chose this place. I was out in under 2 hrs. And didnt have to cut my arm n leg off just to get back moving. Highly Recommend. Plus they didnt take advantage of me being a woman.

I needed a headlight replaced that wasnt easy to get to. They were able to get it out in no time and replace it. Red, the mechanic, and the crew on Saturday were amazing. They didn't even charge me. Their service was amazing.

I have had my oil changed multiple times, new brake pads and rotors, and a brake line replaced with these guys and they have surpassed my expectations every time. They are thorough but not pushy. Their estimates are always within $10 of the actual cost. Most of the time the estimate is more than I actually pay. They are professional and very courteous. They take the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend these guys for any auto needs!!!!!

Very nice people and they didn't try to scam or over charge me! They did my front brakes and oil change. I will definitely for the back ones next.

I got there after they were closed on a Saturday with a screw in my tire and they came out and replaced it for me and then wouldn't charge me anything. Great guys very friendly and professional. I will be returning for other services. Thanks guys!

I’ve been having my oil changed here since I was 17 years old! Always clean and professional. I do wish they’d bring back the flowers 🌸 for Ladies Day on Tuesday but a girl can hope, right?

Knowledgable, detail oriented- checked all filters, fluid levels and tire pressure. I have a Ram 2500 diesel that requires extra care which was no problem for the service techs. The price was much lower than in Spring Hill. Lighting Lube is now my service center of choice.

The staff especially the gentleman in his 50s it looks like has gone out of his way to help me one day I was in a extreme hurry he’s the type of employee that makes a place that people wanna come to awesome job!!! I’m coming back for sure chris Conner (red) great employee I would take 10 just like him
