Publix Pharmacy at Ballantyne Town Center

When looking for health supplements the pharmacist saw how puzzled I looked and without being asked went out of her way to come over and help answer all of my questions. Above and beyond, typical publix!

An absolutely beautiful new store

Disorganized, poor communication and appear not to really care. They sit on prescriptions for days and you constantly have to follow up with them.

I came in this morning to get my flu shot as I have for many years and was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. It’s great that they are now offering Covid vaccinations at this location but they should be staffed appropriately to accommodate regular walk in traffic, too, for other routine vaccinations. There was no proactive communication to existing customers of their process change and given my health conditions, it was at great personal risk that I physically went in to the store. Additionally, the person I spoke at the check in table with was careless about keeping her mask on properly covering her nose. This experience has really soured me on Publix so unfortunately, after many years of patronage, I am transferring my prescriptions to my plan’s preferred pharmacy and taking my grocery business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service if you are a person of color and this is the third time I’ve seen this here. The pharmacist working today on Oct. 21st @ 6:30pm misguided me into believing that they do not carry a certain medication in one of their aisles. I didn’t believe her for her curt answers and rude demeanor. After asking one of the associates at the Customer service area, I learnt that they did carry the medication and this associate was kind enough to look it up for me.

i overheard your staff talking about intentionally forgetting my medicine and going home without filling it. talk about a bad look

your staff should work on not talking about customers when they are within earshot if they are going to be negative

Been waiting since Friday said be ready anytime waiting for text nothing yet*** update*** 10 min b4 closing on Tuesday got a text my rx ready, not acceptable.
