Green Level Kennel

I dropped my cat brady off on October 6-8. This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back. The place is spotless, and the people are very nice and friendly.

Great experience with the group at Green Level Kennel. It is definitely my first choice for Kennels in the area.

I was very happy with our experience! Whenever I called to check on my dog they were very kind and kept notes on how my dog was eating and behaving. Our dog got a free bath after staying 10+ days and he smelled and looked amazing! We will definitely be using this place in the future

We’ve used Green Level for both our dogs for years now. Friendly staff, dogs come back healthy and clean. Great place to watch your dogs when you’re out of town!

Love the staff at Green Level. I’ve been boarding my dog Yogi with them, on and off whenever we need to go somewhere we can’t bring him, for over a year now. Our first experience with Green Level was last year, when we had to kennel him for THREE MONTHS while our mortgage lenders got their $h*t together so that we could finally move into our new home. Green Level treated Yogi with TLC, and Yogi seemed to feel right at home. Since then, I’ve always trusted Green Level to treat Yogi like their own family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Couldn’t be happier with Green Level Kennels. We’ve used them several times for extended stays and our dog always has been happy and healthy on pickup. Helpful and kind employees, very reasonable pricing, and lots of options to customize your dogs stay.

My dog is always happy to arrive at Green Level Kennel and never in a rush to leave. One time I went to puck up my dog from them Izzy my dog gave me a very warm welcome to only turn around and try to walk back in. Friendly staff and kennels are clean. I've boarded my dog here numerous times with a 100 percent satisfaction level from me. Highly recommend them!

We have used Green Level many times to kennel our dog during trips. We have tried several others and they are the best kennel in the area IMO.

I cannot say enough good things about Green Level! Our dogs are always so excited to see everyone there. It’s clear to see Mark, Karen, and staff love all the animals that walk through their doors which makes this dog mama’s heart swell! I can head out of town knowing they’re in good hands. Will never board anywhere else!

Best Kennel in the Cary/Apex Area. Our dogs love Green Level. They play in small groups that are appropriately sized with dogs of similar temperament. Well supervised. The staff and owners really care about your pet. We have been using Green level for a long time. Totally recommend

We have been boarding our dogs here for years. We love that 2 dogs from the same household can be boarded in the same run, and that they get so much outdoor exercise time, with or without other dogs. Our younger dog is very shy with new people but the staff manages her beautifully and she's gotten to the point where she's happy to see them. I trust this place 100% to take great care of our dogs.

All the staff was super friendly. My dog is finicky and is pretty tough to trust individuals. She really enjoyed her stay and as we went to leave she was by my side but had to turn back and head over to one of the staff to say bye. She got her pets before we headed out.

Green Level takes great care of our pets so we can relax and enjoy our vacations.

We tried several other kennels in the area & had okay experiences. GLK is a gem! We regularly board our dog with them. They take good care of him, he is excited to go there (runs right in) and you can tell they care so much, they treat your dog like their own. Great prices too.

My dog had a non- emergency medical issue while there boarding for the week. Karen was wonderful sending me photos and messages so that I knew what was going on. My vet suggested a visit, so she took her her back and forth, gave medication as prescribed and kept me informed . I knew Murphy was in good hands!

We have taken our pets to "Camp" as we call it around the country and we have found no better place than Green Level Kennel. When we moved to NC 10 years ago I found this little gem in our backyard by pure luck. When I open the door to the car they run inside before I can even get them leashed. You will not find a more caring staff or a place that you can trust to keep your pets safe, healthy and happy. 6 years ago we moved almost an hour away from this kennel but I still make the drive every time we go away because I have so much trust and confidence in these folks. You really can't go wrong here!

They take very good care of our dog. He does not look back when we drop him off and he makes sure to say goodbye to everyone in the office when we leave. He really likes it there!

This kennel is a small but great facility with people who put you at ease about housing your pets. I boarded my dog there in November 2015 while our family was on a pet-unfriendly trip. She is a rescue who loves people and animals but is still overcoming her separation anxiety. The staff were very attentive to her and the activity schedule provided a lot of playtime with other dogs of similar temperament. When I picked her up, while she was happy to see me, it was obvious she had bonded with the staff and wasn't overly stressed. I added the extra individual interaction ("cuddle time", one of their add-ons) which I think helped. I am not a fan of kenneling (past experiences and perceptions of boarding animals) but I was very pleased with their services and how well my dog responded. I would use this kennel again and would recommend it to others.
