I love this place. Prices are a bit steep, but I’ve never come here looking for some kind of festive food item and not found it. This is the only place within a hundred miles that you’ll find mulling spice and cider. Quality of produce and packaged items is universally high.

J & M produce is definitely worth a trip up to blowing Rock. The fresh vegetables and local vendors items all under one roof. You can walk the grounds to see furniture from the Amish country and you can see the fall setting with pumpkins and gourds.

Lots of pumpkins and other fall decorating things. They also have a fairly good selection of apples.

Everytime i am in the mountains, i never miss a stop to j and m! They r friendly and experts in honey! Tasting is offered, prices r best in the high country, also they have such a variety of other produce, jellies, jams, seasonings, furniture, gas and grill, a bakery! One stop shop for apples! They also have a sense of humor! Their holiday decorations r absolutely the best! (October) incredibly nice owners! And a great history of the co. 40 years in business!

Freshest local fruits & veggies. We stop in at least every week for berries, peaches, corn, hard squash, whatever's in season. Of course, a bit pricier than supermarket, but I don't have to drive into Boone to stan'd in a checkout line so that more than compensates. (Also, some of our of town visitors are now addicted to J&Ms pasta sauce!).

Great place to stop if you're near Blowing Rock! Gas Station, General Store & Grill, Bakery, Produce, and Wood Outdoor Furniture. Excellent, Friendly Customer Service! Mike & CiCi are awesome folks!

A must on your to do list while in the High Country! Mums and pumpkins galore...cider and cider slushies, pimento cheese, fresh produce, local cheese and baked goods, homemade jelly, pickled okra, pork rinds...all the bounty of there area. Great for picnic provisions and gifts!

What an awesome local business! We've been visiting this store for over a year and always find great products, great service and fair prices. The selection is amazing! When it comes to produce, this is the place to be!

I have been using this company for years. We purchase our outside furniture from them and it has always been excellent quality. If you have a problem Mike will get you taken care of. Highly recommend this company.

Very helpful, Cushaw squash season was over. Will get some next September. I did get 2 jars seedless Black Raspberry Jam. Yum yum.

Wide variety of canned and fresh fruits, including pie fillings and butter. Lots of fun popcorn, chips, and other snacks, too! Be sure to leave room for a snowcone, too!
