Taco Bell

Taco Bell is so good. This one of great & I'm hoping that I haven't given it a bad review, but if I did, I will delete it. Everything is usually irreversible, but it's always a good idea anywhere to check your bag(s) & make sure you ask for the sauces that you want. Some put too many. Some don't put any at all unless you ask. It's great no matter what.

This is probably the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. First of all, it’s always playing Christian music and who doesn’t want to praise Jesus while eating your Crunchwrap, amirite? Second, the customer service is excellent. People are friendly and kind and helpful. And the quality of food preparation is honestly unlike any Taco Bell I’ve been to, everything is always very well put together. I don’t care what part of Florence I’m in, if I’m craving Taco Bell, I will drive out of my way to go here!!

Very clean. The staff is friendly, well informed on the menu items. The food was amazing to say the least. This is my first time I can not find a single thing to complain about. If it was possible I would give 6 stars.

By far the absolute best service at any Taco Bell I've ever been to!! Smiling and friendly cashier. Clean!! Quick service! Correct order! Fresh and Hot!! And the guy even brought my bag out to me while I was putting my drinks in my car!! It was a great experience!! Other locations could learn from y'all!!!

This was literally the best service I've ever had at a taco bell. I ordered about 10:15 and we were waited on by a young woman named Nevaeh. She was really kind. I've had horrible experiences at this taco bell but she was wonderful. She deserves a raise. She was patient and that's a rarity in fast food. And kudos to the kitchen. My food was awesome tonight. Whatever crew is in there tonight works really well together. Never change, Nevaeh.

Bathrooms were clean and I appreciate that.

They made a mistake with my order and gave me cold tacos. I asked if they were supposed to be cold and the team here gave me two new warm tacos. I also appreciate that. It's hard to find good help but this team is great.

The place is clean. Nice people. Fast service with a smile. My order is always right. Wheelchair friendly inside and outside. Parking is spacious.

Best Taco Bell I ever been. The food is good, clean and best of all the Christian music give an amazing atmosphere of goodness and freedom.

This was the 1st time in a long time that we visited a Taco Bell and had such a wonderful experience. This was our 1st visit ever to this location and it sets the example for other Taco Bell locations. Our food was fresh, made with care, no items falling out of their wrappers. The polite, friendly staff were exceptional. Even the bathrooms were spotless. And for once, all of our order, including special order items, were made perfectly accurate. I would gladly visit this location again.

Very clean. Even bathrooms were clean. Cashier was very friendly and considerate. He helped an older lady whose sauce packet "exploded". He got everything cleaned up. Very helpful to her. We need more people like him working.

Don't often visit fast food joints in general but this was a great experience. Very clean, super friendly up front and the food was actually appealing!

This taco bell I see they work (good as a team member). They was busy but they didn't get off track. Like the second place in Florence that I love going to and seeing how the employees react with each others and guests got to give these lady's and guy's hands. If nobody else say it i be the first to say thanks for your hard work and job well done

This taco bell is awesome!! Staff are friendly, the service is fast, and my order is almost always RIGHT! They remodeled it in the past year or two, so the inside has a very modern look and they keep the lobby super clean. I have a great experience everytime. If you've ever had a bad taco bell experience, give these guys a try & im sure you'll change your mind! 5 stars. 10/10 service.

Best Taco Bell in Florence. They mess orders up from time to time but they correct them with no problem. Very friendly staff. I like the ladies that work the drive through window. They always smile and chat it up with me. I have special orders due to medical issues and the a la carte menu helps with that a lot.

This Taco Bell is THE BEST! I have been to many Taco Bells in different cities but the food here was awesome! Fresh and flavorful! Even the fountain drinks were great. Perfectly calibrated...not too much syrup, not too much carbonation. Will definitely make this one of our "usual" spots in Florence.

The service here is great. Come here everyday almost for lunch. Food always come out hot and ready lol. The drivethough never take more than 3 minutes or 30 seconds lol guess i have perfect timing lol. Friendly staff that always have a welcoming attitude no matter what demeanor you're in. Enjoy.

dine in area was clean along with the restrooms. usually I cringe inside of taco bell restrooms but not the case here. Front counter was kind and quick. Food came out fast and was made well.
