The latest Microsoft update did something and my files were hidden. Mr. Boone was able to recover all of the files, including the emails I had in Outlook rather than in the cloud. I am technologically challenged and when I got the computer back, it was exactly as I had it. He even made sure I was happy before I left his office. His fee was more than reasonable. I highly recommend. He is patient and listens. Thank you!!!

I was researching and trying to learn about the lingo of laptops for a few weeks. A friend recommended Boone and I went to see him. He explained to my wife and I about everything we needed to know. I needed a laptop to run some training software. I gave Boone a call and read off the system requirements for the software and he quickly had an idea of what would best suite me. What an awesome experience. When I called with concerns about my computer Jeff immediately began to put my mind at ease as he explaining the steps he would take to identify the issue. He assured me that whatever it might be he would be able to help. Once I arrived at his shop he was quick to get started looking at my PC and told me what he was doing as I watched. He was so friendly, super polite, and very reassuring. Turns out my issue was a simple fix. I will be back for some updates we discussed and I left relieved knowing I now have an awesome go-to guy for any computer and phone concerns.

Boone is the best, most honest man ever. He would never rip anyone off. I trust my electronics with him only. For the 10 years that I have lived here, he has help me with my laptops, desktop, flash drive, and even brought back pictures that I accidentally deleted! One of the best tech guy out there!

I brought my gaming rig that I built to this shop because I thought a part failed and didn't have spare part to check. Turned out the a RAM stick was loose. The owner didn't charge me anything tho he could have done so to make some money. Honest guy, highly recommended.

This man knows his stuff. If he can't fix it then your computer is really broken. Specializing in laptops Jeff can have them in and out sometimes in the same day. He can fix your desktop too.

They were excellent and reasonably priced for the service needed. I would certainly utilize them again if there was a problem. I had the boot drive changed and they mirrored it onto the new drive. When they ran into problems after several hours of work, they came up with a great solution that worked.
