My golf cart is My lifeline where I am. It stopped working one day so I called and they picked it up that day and returned it the next day. It is working great and didn't try to tell me what was wrong was something more than just a simple repair! The price was reasonable and everyone working there are the best! Highly recommended!

Just moved into our new home and had to get a new cart! Unfortunately, with such a short supply of consumer items these days, Southern Golf Kartz only had one cart available which was not the color we wanted (bronze). Mike and Sue were extremely flexible and promised to order a new body and seats in the color of our choosing and would swap everything out at a later date free of charge. True to their promise, the new (silver) body and seats arrived on time and Mike was able to swap everything out and deliver back to us in just TWO DAYS!!

Extremely satisfied with their customer service and willing to bend over backwards for customer satisfaction. Our cart is now color matched to the rest of our vehicles and we look for every excuse to check the mail and tour the neighborhood.

We will continue to use Southern Golf Kartz for all of our cart servicing needs and upgrades and highly recommend them to friends and family.

We needed service for older golf cart and had no way to transport it. Mike came and picked it up, repaired and gave us excellent service! He gave us tips on what to do and not do with our cart. On a whim we went by southern golf kartz just to browse. Left that day with a new cart delivered. He also put us in touch with someone looking to purchase an older cart. We had it sold the next morning by 9 am. Had a problem with a taillight not working. Mike came to us and checked it out. Had to order a part. He came once again, picked it up, replaced part and brought it back. While he was here we asked about handles on roof to hold onto. He had some at the shop. When I asked about payment he just shook his head. He and Sue have been great to work with. Will not hesitate to go back! He has a pleasant personality and is very easy to talk to. We considered ourselves making new friends.

Now this place is the real deal. This guy Mike and his wife Sue are the best. They are making stuff that will blow your mind and the prices will too. He helped me on something that didn't even make him money but he wouldn't stop till it was right. We go back just to see his new projects and talk to them. They are amazing! Go see them. Thanks Mike and Sue!!!!

We are senior citizens and were not able to transport our cart for batteries. They came , picked it up, replaced the batteries and cables for less than we could have bought the batteries from Amazon. They brought it back the next day and parked it back where they picked it up from. Great service.

Working with Mike and Sue on having them build a cart for us. Very knowledgeable and very patient with a customer who has a thousand questions. Looking forward to the product they deliver.
